Seas Today is a charming cottage located in the highly sought after Summer Village resort community. We invite you to visit Wells/Oqunquit and enjoy all the comforts of home!

Seas Today Cottage Features:

The Wells/Ogunquit area has so much to offer! Explore white sand beaches during the day or relax at one the community pools. The downtown Ogunquit area has quaint shops, dining and entertainment. Located 40 minutes south of Portland, Maine is yours to explore. Don't forget that outlet shopping is close in Kittery or head up to Freeport to explore L.L. Bean's flagship store. For the active vacationer- hiking, kayaking, biking and fishing are all available in the Wells area. We also recommend hitting up one of the premier golf courses in the area. Book your trip today, you won't be disappointed!

Trolley stop right outside of Summer Village allows you to explore the beaches and coastline with ease!

The Wells trolley is closed for the 2023 season due to staffing issues.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing comfortable stay. We had stayed in a different style last year but love this style much better. The owner Julie was so kind and responsive. She provided great info about the area and even provided extra treats which my daughter loved! Would defintely stay again!

Returning summer vacation

Looked forward in returning to this same Cottage with my grandchildren. Even though we had to cut our stay earlier due to illness we love the days we spent. My grandchildren love the pools, playground, and game room. As always Julie has been helpful with all details needed to our vacation. Look forward coming back next year.

LOCATION LOCATION! Close to beaches and has amazing facilities. The gated community is very safe. Cottage was clean and comfy. Perfect location within summer village, just a short walk to the pools. (Some of the cottages are around .5 miles+ to the pools) Worth every penny for the location. Can’t wait to come back! Host was awesome and left us some goodies at check in. Felt very welcomed.

Everything was great, the condo is convenient to all sorts of things, Julie was readily available when we had a question. Most important for us was we did a preferred host search which I think made all the difference in the quality of our stay and cleanliness of the property. Thank you!

The cottage was perfect for myself and granddaughters. This place had all accommodations needed. The pools were very clean along with a playground and game room which my granddaughters really enjoyed. The owner Julie was a grohelp when we needed assistance. Looking forward in returning again next year.

Perfect family getaway

The cottage is just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. It felt just like home! The grounds had everything we could have wanted….multiple pools, fitness center, etc… The cottage is in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and town. The owner was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. Would definitely rent this cottage again if we were to return to Maine.

The cottage is in a great community close to everything. The cottage it's self is so clean and nicely decorated you would think someone lived there normally. Everything you would need if you want to make dinner and share a bottle of wine. Julie and Tom were amazing! Both for communication and last minute emergencies! I would stay again tomorrow if I could get another vacation!

Awesome vacation destination!

Beautiful cottage and property with so much to offer for our young family. Our littles loved the playgrounds, pools and trolley rides all right outside our doorstep, and a super quick ride to the beach. Julie’s place could not have been cleaner and more comfortable. It was also so nice to have a length option that was shorter than a full week. We will definitely be back :)

What a great getaway!

This home was perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with amenities .Julie had a nice welcome basket with snacks the kids really enjoyed. Close walk to the pool ,and a great larea with Adirondack chairs outside for us to enjoy the peace and quiet . We wished we could have stayed longer . Next time we will ! Great place for family!!!!

What do you think of this? This is our 4th time staying at Summer Village. We love it for our family; several pools, workout facility, playground and a great running/walking route around the compound. This cottage in particular was super clean, nicely decorated and had central air----that was a great feature for us! We also love the access to the beaches and the option of taking a trolley around town---just a great place for our vacation! Julie was very welcoming and we look forward to coming back again and again.
