Update 9/2025 ALMOST BEACHFRONT IS BACK!
WE took our first rental sabbatical in 2024 and are now hosting other rentals . But we learned so much about the resort, the high season and the beautiful surrounding area besides Halloween from previous years. We learned about the traffic and the ocean temperature during the hottest days!

We will have a lot of upgrades for next season including: new rug in the guest room. New Lamps. A Sofa Bed! New Chairs on the porch. new linens, a beautiful new picture my mom painted in 1976.. Keep checking back cause there will be more.
Note: NO LONGER a one week requirement! No longer a Saturday check in! We are offering a discount for a 7 night stay but not mandatory. Only 3 night minimum. Long Term available . In 100 years it will be beachfront property! new TVs, new Artwork, and New Paint. We will have new mulch and dedicated spot for golf cart if you need it. New gravel for 2 car parking. And..... wait for it, an available golf cart to rent.
The way our cottage is designed we have 2 places to dine and 2 places living space. ***Oh and a half bath that opens to the guest room which is very unique to our resort.
Our cottage sleeps 4 but we now have a queensize sofa bed, and a recliner. We have a table and chairs outside as well.
Come see! 426. Walking distance to all the resort amenities and close drive to beaches.

Golf cart parking is on the right side of the cottage or on driveway not on road. The outside outlet is not equipped for electric vehicles.
They are very strict about speeding and one way streets. 15 mph at all times. You will get fined. 2 Vehicles and 1 golf cart maximum at cottage.
Please turn off the AC when you leave. It is very efficient, and we never know when the next people are going to be there.

Awesome Vacation

Enjoy Sea Glass Village which has lots of amenities. Great location to many attractions in Maine. Have rented this cottage a number of years and it is the perfect spot. Plenty of room, plenty of items on hand, beds are comfortable and when you arrive it is spotless.

Great location and amenities

We had a great time! The property was close to local attractions and restaurants. We were close to the on-site club house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. We had a small issue, but it was easy to contact the owner and the issue was taken care of right away.

Perfect cottage for young families

The cottage was a perfect retreat for our family. Very clean upon arrival and provided all the comforts of home. Despite being an adult focused community, we enjoyed the amenities available to us with 2 kids under 6 including the family pool, beautiful morning walks throughout the properties and proximity to beaches, entertainment and restaurants. We hope to come back next year.

Nice location. Good price. Clean and comfortable. Could've had more supplies (towels, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper...). But overall we had a great stay and would consider again!

Hello! You were our last guest for this season. It was a very transitional year for many reasons. We had many partial weeks this season and there were extra towels under the bed in the guest room. Sadly my mother in law died the beginning of the month and unfortunately we were not available to restock . I am told our rates are going down for next year so I will be in touch. Diana and Kip.

The facilities are great, the fitness center was huge and well equipped. The unit had most everything you need, I enjoyed handing out on the all seasons enclosed porch. Wi-Fi worked well and I was able to work remote while my spouse played. Tons to do in area!

We found this cottage very clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a extended stay. The club house offered everything you would want. We were attending our grand daughter's wedding and we hope to return in the future to enjoy more time exploring the area.

After playing destination roulette with a cheap time share for many years and having been landlords, we wanted to quit while we were ahead. In 2010 we had the worst "Trade experience" with a time share trade. I think they were all renovated in the 70's, We fell in love with the adult focused community of Seaglass Village Cottages. Close to our home, able to rent, and a resort. Perfect. Going on our 13th year we still feel the same way. Many of our renters bought and even some sellers have moved back!
In 2023 We went on Rental Sabbatical and started to host other cottages. We learned first hand what our rental guests needed and all the extras we were able to provide since 1. We lived there and 2. we had rented our cottage in the past. Able to help more, work on our own place, more, enjoy the resort more, enjoy the area in the summer more, relax more. So we are back in 2025 renting a bit, hosting a bit and relaxing..... more!

So Welcome to All!

Why they chose this property

71 miles from our home, close to wonderful restaurants and attractions, or once you go through the gate you can be a "resort potato" cause it is all there. Comradery of friends with lots to do but the ability to go back to your quiet space. Our next door neighbors used to live across the street. Be nice to them. We don't want to lose them again! :)

What makes this property unique

Close to Clubhouse with Central air and a half bath that opens to the guestroom. 2 eating areas and 2 living areas, both with TVs and DVD ability: in Porch and great room. Lots of new furniture, floors, paint and artwork!
