Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Great communication and the house was just as advertised. Great accommodations with a lot of room to spread out. The views are beautiful! We had deer and turkeys running around! Reach out to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful, cozy home in the Black hills. Our son’s favorite was the outdoor basketball hoop. Lots of room to spread out and relax!

I lived in this home with my family for 20 years, have moved to Rapid City closer to work but plan on retiring in this home. This is my happy place.

Why they chose this property

Boulder Canyon it’s the perfect place for your vacation. Centered between Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish, and Rapid City, there are so many options for family fun. A fantastic golf course is across the street with great food and cheap drinks a short walk away. Our subdivision is surrounded by the Black Hills national forest with lots of mountain biking and ATV trails. In the winter skiing is close and the roads are well-maintained.
