Wapato Point Waterfront Retreat with 5 bedrooms

Fabulous quiet tri-level waterfront five bedroom 4.5 bath home has lake and surrounding views from every room; walk to the lake edge from your own patio or deck and use the swim platform for sun bathing or water play, attach your boat or jet ski to our buoy. This is a retreat for all those trying to getaway from the busy work life and enjoy some down time.

Lower level features a queen bed and full bathroom with nice sitting room with kitchenette that opens to the private patio. Enjoy morning coffee or breakfast from the outdoor table looking at the lake or sunbath in the sun chairs; follow the path to the cozy sitting area just above the steps that lead you to the lake.

Main floor has a large open concept with views of the lake and surrounding mountains; meal time space for 12 inside and access to multiple eating areas outside with propane BBQ. Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space for any cooking needs allows easy conversation with those in the dining or living room area with flat screen TV. Sloped sidewalk from deck allows additional access to the water. Spacious master bedroom, king bed and sitting area and oversized bathroom with large walk-in closet. Extra large laundry room and powder room complete the floor.

Upper level with 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen , 2 twins) and 2 baths with stack-able washer/dryer. Game room with window seat, poker table and large flat screen TV, misc games and books for your enjoyment are easily accessible from wide hallway.

Don't forget all the wonderful activities of Wapato Point Resort. Tennis courts, community pool and hot tub, adjoining workout center, Basketball, Volleyball, kids activity center and 300 feet of sandy beach; docks and buoys for your water toys.

Check out our end of summer specials, if you are not able to do a full week, email us for additional discounts on 4 night rentals. Once you have stayed at Rosebud Hollow you will not want to stay any other place on the lake.

Resort rules state only 12 people may occupy the home; that is from infant to 100+. Thank you for understanding the maximum occupancy of the home.

October block is owner usage and may change. Please message me if you are interested in any of the blocked time in October. We do allow 3-night rentals in the off season please contact us for availability on reduced nights from our minimum.

Amazing Home

We loved this house and would not hesitate to book again. Beautiful and roomy with plenty of places to get your group together or relax in a quiet nook by yourself. From teenagers to adults, everyone loved it and we hope to make this a Chelan tradition.

great house right on the lake

House is excellent. spacious with 5 bedrooms, lots of outdoor seating. very well furnished. steps right into the water with a floating dock that the kids loved. Also can use the pools, playgrounds, etc. from Wapato. highly recommend

Stateliest house on the point.

We’ve stayed at another nearby house on the point and it doesn’t hold a candle to this regal queen. Beyond well appointed, you can tell this home was very professionally decorated in the past. The home had everything you’d ever need. We’d love to stay here again. The only negative was the pull out sofa bed in the tv room was very uncomfortable.

Fabulous Home on Lake Chelan

Beautiful spacious home located at Wapato Point on Lake Chelan. This home away from home and had everything we needed. The room in the house was perfect for our 10 adults. The house is well maintained and decorated beautifully. Large outdoor deck with bbq and lower patio to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. Only steps from the water and private float. Fran is wonderful to work with to make the entire stay a time to remember. We have stayed at many places over the years at the lake but this is our favorite. We will definitely be back. Beautiful spacious home

Beautiful property. Worked well for 6 - 50 something women as we all got our own beds and bath. We truly enjoyed and would recommend, but definitely would share a few of the rules that we weren’t expecting. I’ve stayed in many VRBO and this would be my few call outs 1) not knowing nut allergy home prior to check in 2) having to drive bags of garbage to the compactor (service should handle) 3) 10 am check out seems early 4) start towels in laundry and keep doing as much before we leave (not just stripping beds and bring all linens to washroom)

Amazing vacation

We had an absolute blast on this vacation. The home was very clean and had enough room for everyone to have their own space, the beds were comfortable even for two twin beds pushed together for one bed. Everyone had a fabulous time!! The only thing I could say for an improvement is to take away all the extra delicates and candles etc. Other than that the place is a perfect destination! We will be coming back next year!! Thank you!

Felt like home, only better!

We felt so relaxed and at ease! An excellent place to stay for quality time with family. Easy walk to the pool, a sandy beach park next door, boating and fun on the dock... total fun and sun! We were amazed by the well-stocked kitchen. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful.
