It includes a lot of amenities including a gourmet kitchen that seats 8 people and a dining room that seats 8. Brand new carpet in every bedroom and basement - June 2021! A rear covered porch can accommodate 10 persons, and includes a gas fire pit. A wonderful finished basement features a pool table, bar, 75" and 85" T.V.s. The lower level walkout features a 4-6 person Hot Tub. The home is easily and quickly accessible to many of Louisville's hottest attractions.

We are professionals in our mid 60's with no children living at home. We keep a very clean, organized, and well kept home and property.
Why they chose this property
It is a great home to entertain with the open concept and fantastic walkout basement that includes 72" and 85" televisions, bar and pool table. The 3 1/2 baths offer privacy to each bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath between 2 bedrooms that features a private sink area for each bedroom.
What makes this property unique
Very convenient to major expressways and short drive to major attractions in Louisville including Churchill Downs.
