The place is spacious. It’s right on the beach, amazing view. Smaller complex so not as busy on the beach. The kitchen is great. Just needs some updating. Communication was very good. Also love having a washer and dryer in the condo.

Absolutely stunning! Property is gorgeous and super clean, had everything we needed. Right on the beach and chairs were available to rent. Only 20 for a single chair for the day as we didn’t need the whole set up with umbrella (55 day) Close to restaurants and stores, my older kids walked to a lot of places. Pool was very clean, it was NOT heated and very cold but we swam anyways. Hot tub was cranking and warm and did break down at one point, but someone came to fix it right away. Beach was pristine with crystal clear water and we were lucky the water was very calm, although chilly at this time of year. Again, we swam anyways! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to use the pool and beach before our actual check in time since we arrived in town early. We forgot our parking passes and they helped us sort that out as well. Easy checkout! BUMMER: A beautiful balcony right on the gulf and no table?? Would have loved to enjoy meals or drinks out there, but the cheap short Dollar General chairs the had left you staring at the railing and looking for a place to set your stuff. Otherwise this place is absolutely perfect and we would definitely love to return!

Beautiful View and Great Condo

The corner until was great! Wonderful view down the beach and could see the pool and hot tub from the balcony. I did have to call the manager for a few issues, but those were related to the cleaning staff and not the condo. They answered the phone right away and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo for a week get away

Hi! Our stay overall was great. We did not have a refrigerator for the first 3 days - so we weren’t able to utilize the kitchen. We had to all meals out which was expensive. The master shower is leaking around the corner… not an issue but wanted to make you aware. It will pool on the ledge and then flow over onto the floor. The vent outside the guest bedroom could use painting/cleaning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great condo. Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the Gulf. Seemed like there were no microwave safe bowls and plates as they were too hot to handle after cooking. The entire beach would be better if they would remove the lines of rental umbrellas/chairs from the beach front. At beach level, you cannot see the gulf due to this. You also have to squeeze between umbrellas/chairs to access the water's edge. I don't recall this being the case when we last visited a few years ago

Put your feet up and relax

Beautiful condo, easy access and covered parking was a definite added plus!! Plenty of things in the kitchen to prepare and cook meals! We brought a few personal utensils and personal pans with lids, that made things more convenient, but it was only because of previous experiences with rental properties that had us thinking ahead. The only issue we had was a kind of musty/spoiled food kind of smell when we came in, but we went and picked up some febreez and it helped a lot! The screen door to the balcony wasn’t on the tracks, but luckily it was early enough in the season there were no big issues at all. The views on the balcony were amazing any time of day!!! From sitting out there early in the morning during sunrise, to ending the day with a meal watching the sunset, it never disappointed! Watching people crabbing after sundown was really cool! Close access to the beach, a really clean pool and pool area was also very relaxing! Great grill area, charcoal and gas grills, and was also very clean! My daughter accidentally left her ID in a drawer in the other bedroom, not only did they contact us within a couple of hours, but had it in the mail back to us on Monday!! Amazing communication and service!!We would definitely love to stay at this property again in the future!

Fall break

Love the location and the view. Few issues but maintenance was very responsive. Would stay again. There were a few problems such as the icemaker did not work so we had to buy a bag of ice. Maintenance put in a new icemaker on Friday. We had no Internet Saturday or Sunday because the modem was plugged into an outlet that was not working. Then we discovered all the outlets by the kitchen sink were not working. I was concerned about the cleaning because there were numerous very sticky spots on the countertops and on the dining room table which concerned me for proper disinfecting for Covid.
