Relax and enjoy your vacation in this beautifully decorated 2Br/2Ba unit on the 9th floor at Pelican Beach Resort. Fabulous Coastal View! The living area and master bedroom open onto the balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald water and that gorgeous white sandy beach. Pelican Beach Resort offers deeded private beach, beach service, kayak rentals, and indoor/outdoor pool, children's pool, hot tub, tennis courts, seasonal Gulf front beach bar, poolside deli cafe, a sundries shop, game room, covered parking, dry sauna, steam bath, spa and fitness center, picnic area with fire pits and grills, 24 hour front desk and security, on-site manager, banquet and conference facilities, plus the best part - the beach is right in front of you!

Our kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master suite offers a king size bed while the guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Living room has a fold-out queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space along with a 55" LED TV and blu-ray player.

The condo was excellent! Everything was very clean! The only hiccup that we had was trying to find the access code for the door to the room, which was my fault because I didn’t read all of the emails thoroughly enough and see that information before getting there.

Property was as described. Easy access to beach and pools. The water view was great. There was a plumbing issue (water leaking from shower drain into the below unit), which caused us to not be able to use the secondary bathroom for the first few days. Tommy was great to work with and communicated frequently during the situation. This issue was not his fault or could not have been avoided, but he made it right by sending us a gift card for the inconvenience. We would recommend this location and would stay here again.

This is wonderful condo in a great location. Owner had beach chairs boogie boards unbrellla, and sand toys and a couple of noodles that we appreciated were available. We did rent an umbrella everyday from the beach service. The kitchen was well equipped and had a Mr coffee and a Keueig. The resort is kept really clean. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever stayed at and we would definitely come back

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our gathering. The beach was close, pools and hot tub were great, AND with it being off season, the resort wasn't jammed! Tommy is a great host, communication was good and any questions i had were answered promptly. Highly recommended!

Our families bought this Pelican Beach condo in August of 2016 and immediately started renting the property through VRBO/HomeAway. We live in Northeast Mississippi and have frequently vacationed in Destin over the past 15 years.

Along with our Pelican Beach condo, we own a rental condo in Miramar Beach at the Tops'l Resort. Pelican Beach unit 916 was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunters shortly after we purchased the condo.
