This beautiful family chalet with an area of 100m2 is ideally located in the heart of nature, close to many activities (caves, hikes, canoeing, castles, museums etc.)
Breathtaking view, large grounds (not fenced), pleasant surroundings, private swimming pool.

This new chalet, conceptualized and built by the owner, an expert carpenter of wood, will welcome you for a pleasant stay with the family.
Smoking allowed but outside ...(pets allowed, except in the bedrooms, please note: unfenced property).
Its design took into account accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

The owner living a few kilometers away remains available if necessary.
Please note, reservations are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights
and the swimming pool is closed from 01/10 to 01/06.
For the sake of eco-citizenship, meter reading at the current KWh price

C’est la deuxième fois que nous passons quelques jours en famille dans ce bel endroit, pour fêter Noël. L’emplacement est idéal : de nombreuses visites sont possibles à proximité, et pour ceux qui souhaitent rester au calme, vous serez dans un havre de paix. Le chalet est idéalement agencé et extrêmement bien équipé.

Beau chalet au calme

Nous sommes venus à 2 couples avec 5 enfants de 4 à 11 ans. Nous avons apprécié la facilité d’échanges avec le propriétaire, la configuration du chalet, avec ameublement et jeux pour les enfants, la piscine, et surtout le calme. De belles visites à faire autour (grotte de lascaux, châteaux…)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison parfaitement agencée. Nous étions 10, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l’étroit. Les enfants ont eu largement de quoi s’occuper, dehors comme dedans, où de nombreux jeux, jouets et livres sont mis à disposition. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes !

Emplacement idyllique correspondant à nos attentes et à la description, nous recommandons vivement !

Farniente, piscine, Aquasplash au lac du Coucou (Hautefort), barbecue, château de Hautefort (magnifique !), restaurant "Le Passage" (très bon et à 10 min du chalet), visite de la grotte de Tourtoirac (visite d'1h00 très intéressante), balade équestre exceptionnelle en pleine nature avec Marion ("Comme les chevaux d'Ans"), farniente, apéro, piscine,... et tout le reste !!! Ravis ! :-)

Le chalet est agréable, spacieux, et tout confort. Literie de qualité. Les extérieurs sont a perte de vue, au calme, reposant, la piscine et de bonne taille pour se rafraîchir. Calme et nature

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! La maison est idéale pour les familles avec tout ce qu’il faut à disposition. Le cadre est idéal pour être au calme en pleine campagne et la piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir lors des grosses chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours réactifs si besoin. Prachtig huis op een rustige plek

Vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren, spreken alleen Frans, dus het was voor ons een beetje behelpen, maar met Google translate zijn we een heel eind gekomen. Het chalet is prachtig en voorzien van alle gemakken, heerlijke grote badkamer en een prachtige complete keuken. Wij hadden onze eigen fietsen mee, welke we fijn konden stallen in de ruime goed afgesloten schuur. De bedden zijn wel wat krap en het beddengoed is summier, dus mijn zelf meegenomen dekbed was geen overbodige luxe. De WiFi was tijdens ons verblijf niet altijd even best helaas, maar geen onoverkomelijk probleem voor ons. Wij waren er half september en er was tot onze teleurstelling weinig open, de bakker in het centrum was de gehele periode dat wij er waren gesloten alsmede veel restaurants. De dichtstbijzijnde grote supermarkt zit in Hautefort op ca 10 min rijden en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, dus we hebben voornamelijk zelf gekookt. De markt in Perigueux is 40 min rijden, veel lokale waar, maar best prijzig (6,5 euro voor twee vleestomaten). Je kunt in de buurt heerlijk wandelen en fietsen, wel flinke heuvels dus alleen geschikt voor getrainde benen. Wij hebben nog een dag een kano gehuurd bij Le Bugue en dat is echt een aanrader. En wanneer je even een dag geen zin hebt om weg te gaan, dan is het zwembad met buitendouche een super fijne plek om af te koelen en heerlijk beschut te zonnen. Al met al is het een heerlijk verblijf voor men die echt de rust wil opzoeken.

Le rêve a l état pur pour un dépaysement garanti

Infrastructure idéale pour un séjour en famille ou amis de très bonne construction avec toutes les commodités digne de ce rang. La piscine est un atout majeur. Le calme en pleine nature est au rendez vous , l idéal pour se reposer. La faune environnante ( chevreuil, rapaces) égaieront vos matin et soir. De nombreux sites à couper le souffle sont présents non loin de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l écoute des locataires. Location à ne pas laisser de côté bien au contraire.

Rustige maar super locatie

Wanneer u een rustige leuke vakantie wil in de Dordogne, Is dit de perfecte uitvalsbasis. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Super veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen en wandelen. En op korte afstand van alle bekende en mooie stedenbouw plekjes van de Dordogne.
