8 persons villa with swimming pool and breathtaking views
Located on a hill with views that will leave you breathless, you will find near the cozy town of Loulé this luxury villa with large pool. This villa was built for the hedonist and for those who spend their holidays in peace and luxury needs.
The villa is built in a U-shape with the large central swimming pool, 5 to 11 meters. The sun terrace is equipped with manually adjustable shade cloths so you can determine the degree of sun. On the right side of the house is a terrace, with enough room to barbecue delicious. There is also a large gazebo present to also be able to stay and enjoy in the hottest hours of the day. A petanque course is not missing (boules).
The owner has the property clear with great sense of taste and style. The generous dimensions of each room features this home. The living room and luxury kitchen with all appliances, located in the middle of the house. In the left wing are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and in the right wing two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a practical workspace site where you will find the washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms have comfortable double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space. A television with Dutch channels (satellite) and of course you can make free use of the WiFi connection. For the winter, the house has a gas fireplace, wood stove, heating and air conditioning.
The villa is located about 3 kilometers north of Loulé, a centuries-old Portuguese town, which is especially known by the weekly Saturday market. Loulé find all amenities including shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities and a wide choice of good restaurants, cafes and pastelaria's.
15 minute car journey away are the famous beaches of the Algarve. Both the luxurious beaches of Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura with beach clubs where the cocktails flow freely and the lobster is served fresh, as the sober beaches where you can find where the locals often find yourself still calm and space.
