Spectacular villa with private pool, in Pinhal da Marina, a plot of 900 m2. Completely rebuilt consists of 1 suite and 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room with fireplace and direct exit to the garden and pool. Dining room with dining table for 10 people, laundry area with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Tb output to a garden and terrace with barbecue careful and dining area with large table, chairs and sun umbrella. Eight sun loungers by the beautiful south facing pool. Several outdoor patios and roof terrace where you can relax under the pine trees and delight in the singing of several species of birds. Indoor and outdoor private parking area. Outdoor lighting. A 2 min walk from supermarkets and church and 5 min from the marina and two beaches (Marina and Falésia). Next to several golf courses and Tennis Centre. A 5 min from the equestrian center. Excellent location in quiet and near the main tourist infra structures.

Excellent Villa

Stunning villa within walking distance to the marina. Loads of space both inside & outside. The villa has everything you need. Host is extremely helpful and really fast to reply to any queries.

Very pleasant stay

Great vacation period in Vilamoura

It is a good equipped property with internal and external space, several spots to enjoy different activities, such as meals, swimming, reading or just relaxing. It has excellent features for holidays with children. It is also located at a walking distance from Vilamoura Marina’s in a very quit and nice neighborhood. When dealing with the owner of the property everything was clear and went smoothly.

3rd family visit to Villamoura , chose this villa due to its location and looks. Everything great, lovely bright decor , extremely well equipped kitchen, outside area has lots of beds , different areas to relax and the courtyard is wonderful before the sun gets it. On booking I understood there to be mobile air con units, however the units are more like cool air fans , there’s also an oscillating fan in each room, these were inadequate in the high temperatures of August.In previous villas we ve always had the basic of cleaning supplies left, that would last the first couple of days of the holiday, one even left us a bottle of water, bread and wine, nice touch! So I would recommend guests bring a small supply of essentials with you to last at least a day, unless you want to rush out to the Spar to stock up . For this I’ve rated it 4 stars. Disappointed we didn’t get to meet the owner .

Beautiful villa in great location with plenty of space, clean and equipped with everything you need

We spent two weeks with our adult kids and parents in law. The villa is great. 4 spacy bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and a full living room, dining room and kitchen. All super clean and equipped with all utilities you need. The garden was beautiful as well. Large pool, multiple seating areas to have breakfast , dinner or just a drink in the evening. Location is great as you can walk to the marina with all its restaurants and even to the beach. I can only recommend it.

Fabulous villa

An absolutely fabulous villa, which exceeded my expectations, some of the photos don't do it justice as there have been a few changes. Well equipped & plenty of space, we were a group of 8 adults & it never felt as if we were hemmed in. I especially loved the courtyard, cannot fault it at all. A perfect location, we were able to walk to the marina & the old village. It was also peaceful & I felt like I'd been there longer than 4 days. Thank you Margarida for sharing your property with us, if we're ever back in Vilamoura I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Vilamoura Villa

Lovely spacious villa. Walks to the marina or beach are about 15 mins - lots of bolts, or taxis available if necessary. House has some different furniture in the sitting room, which is nice and comfy. Bedrooms are big and airy. Aircon (needed in august) is by moveable units, so not ideal but they do cool the place right down. Lots of options for food at the marina or delivery / takeout with ubereats. Within 5 mins there’s a lovely Thai, domino’s pizza and, UAU cafe - which has the nicest food and does both sit in and takeaway. Pool is amazing, and garden has both light and shade throughout the day. Host and owners were both great with communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Experiencia maravillosa.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, baños totalmente equipados,una estupenda piscina, muy recomendable. La única pega es que no dispone de aire acondicionado y son necesarios ventiladores durante el día.

Excelentes férias numa casa de sonho!

Estadia fantástica numa casa emblemática de Vilamoura. Melhor localização é impossível - à distância de 5 minutos a pé da Marina de Vilamoura, no entanto, resguardada pelo pinhal do barulho (só se ouvem os pássaros). Cozinha totalmente equipada, Quartos e casas de banho renovados, tudo funcional, colchões bastante confortáveis. Jardim exterior recentemente reformulado, com agradável chuveiro ao lado da piscina (regulada com a temperatura certa). Lugar para três carros dentro da propriedade. Proprietária extremamente atenciosa e sempre disponível. Fantástica experiência, recomendo vivamente!

Great little find in Vilamoura

Stayed there with a group of girlfriends for 4 nights last week. Lovely villa very spacious and quite well equipped. Good location near to marina and Spar supermarket so no need for taxis. The only negative is that there was no air conditioning. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly. Would definitely go back.

Great Villa ideally positioned.

We had a fantastic time with a family of 5 adults. The villa is perfectly placed for a 2 min walk to local spar and 5 minutes in one direction for the harbour and 5 mins in the other for the old town. Would definitely recommend.

We were a groups of friends here for long weekend. The villa was perfect - clean, really well equipped, has a lovely pool and is within walking dirance to the marina and beach. Would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous villa in excellent location

Beautiful four bedroom villa with three modern bathrooms. Margarida was friendly and welcoming. The garden area offered sun or shade throughout the day, depending what you are looking for. The pool was fabulous and maintained during the week. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the barbecue on a number of occasions. The villa is 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and 5-10 minutes walk to the array of restaurants at the marina. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend and hope to return in future years.
