Renovated 8 bedroom family fun compound with gym, arcade room, games tables, heated pool, fire pit large jacuzzi, wet bar, 2 fireplaces, 2 living rooms, etc. New furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Safavieh, Pottery Barn, and Stark Carpet. 4-minute drive to Southampton town, plenty of parking. Apple computer, Sonos, Wifi, Optimum, Smart TV's...My wife and I wanted to make this a beautiful retreat for everyone in your family to enjoy. Hope you enjoy our home as much we did in creating it.
This house and everything in it is brand new we took a great deal of care in fully renovating every last area and designing it based on that beautiful "Hamptons look" that we thought our guests would enjoy.

Cozy and Comfy Hamptons Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at this home. It was exactly what we needed - bonding time filled with laughter surrounded by comfort. The home is inviting and cozy within every aspect. We made great memories cooking together in the spacious kitchen, sharing stories in the dining room, relaxing in the multiple living rooms, working out together in the gym area and enjoyed the friendly competitive air hockey, pool and ping pong games to say the least. Michael and Kelly were great hosts from the inception of our booking and throughout the duration of our stay.

All Around Great Experience

If you rent a lot of summer houses, this one stands out. To start, the host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The house is exactly how it is listed and it’s beautiful. Then comes the little things that go a long way if you have rented homes before. The kitchen has good and new cooking supplies, many utensils, large assortment of cups and glasses, full propane tanks, large garbage cans that were empty, a good gas grill, combination locks on doors, pool heater that was on, house was extremely clean, hand soap, dish soap and cleaning supplies. The fridge is empty and clean. The bedding and mattresses are nice. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing stay

Michael’s house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a big group. Pictures are very accurate. We did not luck out with the weather but got to enjoy the amazing pool area for a short amount of time and all the indoor amenities. Michael was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend!

Lovely home

Michael's place was perfect for our stay. It's pristine and modern & he responded very quickly to our inquiries., including last minute questions about outlets and linen. He made it as accommodating as possible for us to book the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Hamptons getaway for large groups

The house is newly renovated and decorated and everything about it exceeded our expectations. It comfortably sleeps 16, has a huge kitchen and lots of pool chairs - perfect for a big group. The basement was also a highlight, full of games for kids and an expansive gym for adults. Michael, the owner, was very responsive and answered all of my questions leading up to the stay as well as when we were there. Highly recommend this property, would absolutely stay again!!
