Luxury home with personality and charm that is rarely equaled. This stunning property is just under a mile (easy walking distance) from the center of Sag Harbor town, on a 7 private secluded acres. One of the most unique pieces of land in all of the Hamptons

The outdoor property consists of Buddha gardens and pagoda that light up beautifully along with the property border creating a very unique and colorful fortress.

Nine bedrooms and bathrooms are ready to accommodate up to 18-25 guests. Five master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms are located at the top floor. The main floor offers another two double queens and bunk bedrooms with private bathrooms, while downstairs are another two bedrooms - one bunked and the other double beds.

This home features its own night club with a wet bar and a massage room in the lower level.

The outdoor areas are spacious and kept private thanks to lush trees that surround the home. Guests will enjoy use of their own tennis court, basketball court , volleyball court, large pool, and hot tub. Walk to town or beach in minutes !! Or take the 4 bikes in the garage!

Midweeks and full weeks get the best rate !. Weekends must include Friday and Saturday Night. No Saturday Night Check ins.

Groups of 14 or more. Will require a daily maid to maintain the house in the mornings of $100 a day to ensure proper cleanup washing of towels general organization to minimize potential damages and maintain cleanliness for you and your guests

NO EVENTS ALLOWED or outside hosted parties with non guests > Music must be turned very low outside after 8 PM as per sound ordinances of sag harbor any violation of this would require in the tenant paying the fee assessed by the town

Garbage gets picked up only on Tuesdays and potentially Fridays which means you might be inheriting somebody else’s garbage and vice versa so long as garbage instructions are followed properly this should not be an issue. This town needs to recycle so all food trash in one garbage. Bottles and cans in another garbage and cardboard broken off to the side. You’re dearly house fee if there is a maid involved will include us if not we would expect our guest to comply

Some weekends Will require a three day minimum and same for mid weeks depending on the time of the season if you cannot extend your stay to meet these requirements the cost can be calculated into the amount of days you would be currently staying

Due to multiple bookings there might be ability for late check out or late check-in as well as early check out depending on the group that books before or after you. I will mention this to you before your booking

We are family of 12 people raging in age from 17 to 84. We had a lovely time at the property, even amid two snowstorms. The house and property are beautiful with ample space for our group. Lawrence was very responsive to any inquiries. The back yard is spectacular for the summertime with anything your heart could desire being available for use. Lovely area as well.

Mega Mansion in the Hamptons

Very comfortable for a large group

We had about 12 ladies staying together for a weekend away before the wedding. We were so excited to be away together with no kids in such a relaxing setting. There was little need to even leave the house since the backyard offered such a pretty setting. We loved how there were enough loungers, daybeds and umbrellas for everyone and the pool was so nice and a great temperature. We didn’t want to leave the backyard. Was also in a good location to walk or jog into town. Comfortable beds too for a large group!

Amazing summer vacation rental

I rented This house for me and 17 of my friends and we had a blast! The property manager was super friendly and helpful answering all our questions. The house itself was immaculate and exactly like the photos. Each bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom attached. The pool and hot tub were huge hits among my friends and almost every lounge chair had its own umbrella. The house has surround sound speakers which made playing music inside and outside easy and so much fun. 10/10 reccomend staying here.

A fantastic place for family and friends

We were 17 people, 5 families from Sweden, visiting late June 2024. It is a great place to stay with plenty of space and lots of activities available. The lovely Town of Sag Harbor is within walking distance (30-40 min) and the beautiful surrounding is great for jogging and walking. The house is spacious and even if the weather is not perfect it is easy to find your private space. The support and check-in and out works like clockwork. There are many more positive things to say but in short, a great stay and an easy way to experience the Hamptons. Highly recommended. /Peter with family and friends

Perfect birthday celebration weekend

Thank you. We had a fabulous time at your beautiful property and wish we could stay longer! The weather was PERFECT allowing us s to enjoy the outdoors with all the beautiful amenities! The children and grandchildren took full advantage of the basketball, volleyball, tennis court,and pool while we ( grandma and grandpa ) enjoyed watching their antics! Amazing time at a fabulous property

Our group of 20 friends and family had so much fun at this home! Plenty of space to relax and play, we barely left the property. The 9 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of families, and the kids enjoyed having their own space to hang out. We also loved that there was enough space for all of us to have meals together. Everyone enjoyed the huge heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and beach volleyball and basketball courts. Lots of equipment and games to use, plenty of pool and bath towels for guests. Lots of privacy, close to Sag Harbor town with quaint local shops, and minutes away from nearby Bridgehampton for larger stores. The owner was very responsive and we had great communication before and throughout our stay, and he consistently checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

The outside property was terrific. Unfortunately we had rain. Inside we were not as happy. Instead of hand towels they supplied paper wipes. Not for a luxury property. The AC was locked. All we could do was turn it on or off. It was way too cold in the house. For a house with none bedrooms there were too many rules and too little supply of items in the kitchen. The dishwasher was very difficult. The pool was supposed to be heated. It wasn’t. The manager never responded to any request or information. I expected more and was disappointed.

Okay winter stay

For the most part the home was clean with the exception of the very dirty kitchen cabinets and one toilet. Some things were just messy, too. Things inside of cabinets were very disorganized and there were odd items laying around like a lone EarPod, pen, necklace, empty water bottle. The fireplace screen in the master didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal. There’s really only one tv for any common spaces so we couldn’t all comfortably watch anything together. The sound system worked really well. The tennis and basketball court were in excellent shape. There was plenty of parking and everyone enjoyed having their own bed and bathroom. Kitchen appliances all worked well and there were enough dishes for our large group. All in all we had a great time.

Memorable, Memorable, Memorable

The family memories we created at this property were priceless. The best way to describe this place is a family resort, with a fun-funky twist of style that make it even more interesting. Lawrence and Steve (the manager and owner) were great guys and very responsive. We did experience some appliance issues that couldn't reasonably be addressed during our stay, but I chalk that up as being just an unfortunate matter. Don't hesitate to choose this property ...it is certainly special and memorable, and I am confident that Lawrence and Steve will help you make this a positive experience.

What a blast!

Great property for a large crew! The layout of the house is very functional-all the bedrooms were comfortable and clean, the kitchen/dinning area is large with 2 large refrigerators (much needed for large parties), and the speakers throughout the house and the the club was a huge hit. The outside of the property is even better. The highlight of the weekend was our “Olympics” theme day - we played bocce ball, volleyball, pickle ball, and basketball - then we all cooled off in the pool after! Lastly, the owner and the property manager were both very helpful, responsive, and pleasant.

Great Stay - Amazing House and Property

We had a great time with two families for a whole week. Tennis, pool, basketball, volleyball - fun on the huge lawn too! The pool was great, sound system everywhere and more than enough space and bathrooms for everyone. So close to town, bay beaches and ocean beaches. Lawrence's communication was great and he made for such a great stay for us. We will definately go back next year!

Best July 4 Hamptons Experience Ever

Spent the July 4th long weekend at this special Sag Harbor house. It was absolutely wonderful - spacious house, fantastic facilities, clean and top quality pool and hot tub etc. Really loved the location close to Sag Harbor town. Special mention for Lawrence - he was incredibly attentive, responding to all questions, and completely intent on making sure we had a great weekend. We had a big group (20ppl) and every single person had a memorable experience. 100% will be returning.

Fun in Sag Harbor

We had a great time with a great house which caters to groups. Our young teens had a blast with the tennis, volleyball, basketball and pool and hot tub. Lovely and peaceful for the adults too!

Incredible time!

We had such an incredible time on this trip! We unfortunately had terrible weather but we were all thrilled to have so many activities in the house, we didn’t even need to go outside! That being said, the outdoor space on this house is unmatched. There’s every summer sport under the sun. We will definitely go back for a weekend with nice weather!

Great House with a great host in an amazing location

The house is beautiful with well manicured property, pool, tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball and a hot tub. The house was easy to settle into with space for everybody. We were 13 people from ages ranging from 7 to 75. Everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were clean and big with all amenities needed. The music system is easy to use. The house is a 3 moinute drive to the marina and restaurants are very close by. East Hamptom downtown is aoreund 20 minutes away with Montauk around 40 minutes. Overall, great location with completel privacy. The host Lawrence was easy to connect with and extremel,y responsive. I felt much more comfrtoable knowing that if something went wrong, or if I needed something, I could get hold of him immediately. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

For over 25 years I have been in the entertainment business and special events. This house was created a a special getaway for my close friends in the industry and never rented out before. This is like no other place. It’s a very Special little gem that I’ve been working on for years. I still use it for Most of the year when I can however I’m always happy to share it with a respectful group that could appreciate it’s good energy

Why they chose this property

The simplest answer is there are certainly many luxurious houses in the Hamptons that are a lot bigger but most of them are designed his rental houses and not peoples personal homes so they’re not very personal. This is a very bohemian funky sexy creative inspiring strange little house on a fantastic piece of land with really good vibrations check out the movies and you can kind of see how it feels

What makes this property unique

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a place that you can walk about a mile to the center of town or ride bikes in one of the best towns and all of the Hamptons be on 7 acres totally secluded and enjoy basketball tennis volleyball hot tub and saltwater pool on a tremendously large property that very few people have in Sag Harbor. For a compound of people to connect if your two people or a large group it’s very intimate and creatively special
