De très belles vacances

- L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. - Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions pour rendre notre séjour agréable dans l'appartement (des livres, des guides, des jeux,...) - La résidence est bien entretenue avec de beaux jardins - La piscine et le lagon sont très agréables et calmes (nous avons séjourné en juin) - La proximité du centre d'Estepona et de ses restaurants. - La télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du appeler l'agence qui nous a envoyé un technicien. Mais celui-ci voulait nous faire payer 30 euros !

Vacaciones Estepona

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para nuestras vacaciones, lo mejor las pulseras para poder acceder a la laguna y pasar allí el día con restaurante y actividades acuáticas, aunque algún día si hemos utilizado los enseres de cocina del apartamento, ya que tiene de todo. Habitaciones amplias y baños limpios, quizás lo único negativo que destacaría son los colchones, que si vas varios días no son muy cómodos, y falta más limpieza en la cocina y los cristales, por lo demás genial, zona muy tranquila y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones. La limpieza del apartamento, mejorar el mobiliario para que sea más cómodo.

Nos alegra saber que el apartamento cumplió con sus expectativas y que disfrutaron de las pulseras de acceso a la laguna, el restaurante y las actividades acuáticas —sin duda, uno de los grandes atractivos de la zona. También nos complace saber que encontraron las habitaciones amplias y los baños limpios, y que pudieron aprovechar la cocina equipada durante su estancia. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones sobre los colchones y la limpieza en la cocina y los cristales. Agradecemos sinceramente estos comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando. Estamos trabajando para renovar parte del mobiliario y reforzar nuestros protocolos de limpieza para que todo esté impecable en cada detalle. Nos alegra que hayan disfrutado de la tranquilidad del entorno y que sus vacaciones hayan sido tan agradables. ¡Esperamos volver a recibirles muy pronto!

Logement situé dans une belle résidence calme et sécurisée avec un accès au lagon. Équipe disponible et réactive aux demandes, description conforme à la réalité et un bon rapport qualité prix. Éventuellement un renouvellement du canapé, tapis…

Superb apartment

Everything you could want Key pick up should be from the apartment location. When you have just arrived you do not want to go out if your way to collect the keys. Why cant they be left in key safe box on complex?

Todo, El apartamento, el lago, las piscinas, todo en general. La hora de salida, que considero que las 10:00 de la mañana es muy temprano para un niño pequeño.

Family stay at Alcazaba lagoon

Great location and apartment. Lagoon was a short walk with fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
