Our family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The views are to die for! House was very clean with all equipment and kitchen appliances all available! Very happy with our stay!
Our stay was wonderful. Host was very responsive addressed any issues or concerns. Very beautiful home and very nice Host. Home was easy to access and super clean. Would definitely stay here again!
The host was very welcoming and responsive before and during the stay for my questions. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely for a soak. We enjoyed the walk to and sitting on the peaceful community beach. Thank you!
This is a beautiful home with water views from several rooms and balconies. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, and we loved the eclectic decor. The photos really don't do it justice. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils, so we were able to prepare meals at home. It is a luxury to find a place with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return some day.
We can’t wait to book again! Amazing spacious house with water view! Modern, beautiful, and comfortable - really enjoyed! Great kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, dining area, hut tub, etc. Very nice area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the best part of the house would be the balconies with all the outdoor seating to allow for many guests. The pictures were very accurate, but they do the house no justice. We didn't have enough time to indulge in the hot tub, unfortunately. The house was clean and accommodating. I would stay here again if a large group of us were to travel here again.
It was a great home. We cooked and held the whole family sleeping comfortable. It gave us a nice place to stay close enough to the Naval Academy. My kids really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. They had a great view of the Chesapeake Bay.
Lovely open spaced first floor. Bedrooms had plenty of space. Walking distance to a small beach. Kayaks were available for our use. Large kitchen where we enjoyed cooking a few meals together. Owners were very responsive to our inquires. I highly recommend staying here!
The location to where we needed to goWas perfect, The naval Academy! We’ll be in 2 years for graduation! So much we weren’t able to do, that they had.Thank you so much
This house was perfect for our group of friends especially with infants. Easy check in, comfortable beds and room for pack and plays. Water view is amazing. Definitely worth the rent and would be interested in coming back!
This home is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed so much about it: the fully-equipped kitchen with spices and every appliance you might need, bathrooms with rain showers/good water pressure, decks for outdoor lounging, plenty of space and nice furnishings in the living room, and a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far away from the downtown area. We would love to come back again!
The accommodations worked out well for 4 couples (two with toddlers). It's a very nice location, walkable to a small beach, close enough to Giant and < 20 minutes from Annapolis.
The home is decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The neighborhood is quiet, and the community beach is just a short walk away. We visit Annapolis often since our daughter is at USNA, and this was one of our favorite homes.
Wonderful location to downtown Annapolis! Beautiful home, well maintained and plenty of room. The porch overlooking the bay has a table for 10 which provided a wonderful setting for our family.
This is our second stay and we’ll absolutely stay again
Beautiful well kept property. Kitchen and bathrooms clean, upgrades were amazing, will definitely stay at this property again, our family loved it💕 host was great communicator, so happy with our stay.
Fantastic Family Getaway! This rental exceeded our expectations with its spacious and comfortable layout, breathtaking views, and ideal location. Easy access to Annapolis and USNA made it a perfect choice for our family weekend getaway. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!
Great space for a group of 5-8 adults, more if guests don’t mind couches. Modern conveniences, well appointed and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!
The view was amazing and just what my family needed for our trip to Annapolis Maryland.
Steve and his wife were great hosts- easily accessible- quick responses and willing to go above and beyond to help make us comfortable.
I hope to go back soon!

We have bounced around over the years, including time spent in Florida, Ohio, Washington, DC and now Baltimore, MD. We enjoy being able to share this unique home that we didnt want to let go of when we moved to Baltimore a few years ago. We are here for you. Let us know if you need anything and we'll do our best.
Why they chose this property
Keep an open eye and you'll see deer, fox, duck, osprey, and other large birds.
What makes this property unique
Wonderful water views from a newer modern home on a quiet peninsula. Guests have described the home decor as "funk shwag". The furnishings are a mix of Arhaus, restoration hardware, and various authentic handpicked pieces. The main level and upper level of the home give you the feeling of being up in the trees, and the multiple decks bring you closer to nature.
