About this property

Seerenity with a View

Contemporary house on 2/3 acre overlooking Gardiner's Bay from deck and rooms with sliding doors. Forty by Twenty foot heated pool in a garden setting frequented by birds, squirrels, rabbits, deer and adorable chipmonks. Comfortable, quiet. and tree screened for privacy.
Roof deck provides "WOW!" views of the bay and Napeague -perfect for an end of the day cocktail after a swim in the pool or an afternoon at lovely Barne's Landing beach just 300' yards down the road. Fabled ocean beaches are a10 minutes drive.
The galley kitchen is well equipped and with new appliances. All floors are easy to maintain tile floors. The master bath sports a 4x4 jacuzzi as well as a spritzin' bidet.
Parking area provides room for four cars. A chair lift is available in the stairwell.
Because the house is toward the top of a hill, soft breezes waft in from all directions. A/C units, in all but one room, are seldom used.
Ground, pool, and house maintenance is included. Cleaning services are available at nominal fees
