Fairy Tale Guest Cottage in Magic Garden by Pool

Embrace simplicity and the spirit of the Mediterranean in this quiet & secluded stucco cottage next to a sun drenched classical outdoor pool. Both are hidden in our lush, tranquil backyard garden in Bridgehampton. A perfect getaway for relaxing weekends. 10 min walk to town with lots of restaurants and shops to explore. The Atlantic ocean beaches with wide stretches of beautiful white sand are just a 10 min drive away. Guests are invited to share our garden and non-heated salt water pool with us. Accommodation up to 2 people and we have a strict No-pet policy.

The space
A separate small guest cottage 50 meters from the main house, with a separate private entry if you wish to use a side door, but we encourage you to use our main backyard fence gate. The property is gated, quiet & beautifully kept. The cottage is located next to our large pool, with plenty of separation from the main house. The stained glass window facing the garden, French doors to the pool, and high ceilings all combine to create beautiful mornings no matter what the weather. The cottage main room has a queen size bed, with lounge chairs and a table next to the windows. The attached modern bathroom is fitted with a rain shower head, and beautiful fixtures. There’s no kitchen but you will have a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and an iron in the closet. There is free on-site parking in the driveway nook. All windows have curtains for your privacy and good sleep.

Guest access
Guests have full access to everything in their suite, as well as the backyard, the gardens, the pool with lounge chairs. And guest privacy is absolutely respected at all times. We work from home with no kids or pets. We are available to answer any questions in person. Regarding pets and service animals, your hosts love them, but they are not allowed due to allergies. This is our home and you will feel welcomed.

This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. Oh, and the location is unbeatable. It’s a short walk into Bridgehampton and all the best beaches are a 10 minute drive, if that. I will definitely be back next year!

Amazing place

We had an incredible stay at the Hamptons! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Mark and Eunyoung made us feel completely at home — they were so fun, welcoming. The house itself was spotless — extremely clean and clearly well cared for, which made it all the more comfortable. And the pool… absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sun. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!

Bridgehampton paradise

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very well kept, private and the pool is amazing. You feel like you’re staying at a resort. The property owners are incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were only a 10 minute walk to downtown Bridgehampton. If we visit again, we’ll definitely try to stay here.

Charming with a warm welcome!

Loved our stay at this charming and romantic spot in Bridgehampton. The host greeted us and was so warm and welcoming. The property is just beautiful and close enough to walk to the village which is one of our favorite spots in the Hamptons. Very highly recommend!

We are looking to let go of our day jobs and concentrate on reaching for our dreams. Mark is a painter, photographer, and musician who loves working on his creative process, and I am a homemaker who loves food, books, and gardening.

Why they chose this property

We travel extensively to other cultures, and have stayed in many beautiful hotels and properties, which has inspired our home design, decor, and landscape. We are not fond of cookie cutter places and I hope you will see that our place reflects that experience. We want our home to bring our guests joy, tranquility, and a sense of distance from their ordinary lives; a chance to experience the invigoration of ocean air and the magic of our fairy tale cottage and secret garden.

What makes this property unique

Access to our private sun-drenched pool steps from the cottage. Our home is located near several ocean beaches in Bridgehampton and bay beaches in Sag Harbor. The closest is Ocean Road Beach only 10 min away by car. We are also walking distance from the Bridgehampton town area with shopping, restaurants, and galleries. A 10 minute drive to Sag Harbor, takes you to an old very charming whaling village, full of shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful bay filled with yachts and beautiful people in season. You might spot a celebrity here and there.
