About this property

View Home with Pool/Spa Near Leavenworth, Mission Ridge, Lk Chelan and Wineries

Our view home is newly remodeled in 2021. Main living areas and kitchen are all brand new with large sliding doors to welcome the outside in. (Bedrooms and master bath slated for remodel fall 2022). We are just minutes to wine tasting, amazing dining and recreational paradise (ski, bike, hike, boating, the list is endless). Close to Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Cashmere and Downtown Wenatchee. Pybus Public Market and bike loop trail within minutes. Cashmere antique malls nearby as well as world class mountain biking, snow skiing and hiking. Perfect for two families away for a sporting event or couples looking to get away from it all, while having the comforts of home.

Our open concept home has views from every angle of the main living areas and master bedroom. Living area has amazing views of Columbia River Gorge, Mission Ridge Ski area and Wenatchee valley, plus an easy to use fireplace for comfort and ambience any time of the year. Outdoors you will find an in-ground swimming pool (open SUMMER ONLY, typically Memorial Day - end of September), large hot tub, gas grill and plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your getaway. Our pool is heated by the sun, we do not have a pool heater at this time.

Relax in the large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed while taking in the commanding views of Columbia River Cascade Mountain range. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower, and large closet. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk bed (twin over double) and an extra day bed for relaxing. 4th bedroom also contains bunk bed with twin over double.

Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking adventures and food delivery is nearby for those who prefer to let someone else take care of the cooking. Grocery shopping services available (Instacart) if you prefer to arrive with a fully stocked fridge.

Plenty of space for playing outside! Badminton, bocce, basketball, skateboards (helmets please), golf clubs, soccer, and much more!

We had such a wonderful family getaway to Leavenworth/Wenatchee and this home was stunning! From the moment we arrived, we were immediately drawn to the open floor plan, the warmth of the holiday decorations, and the incredible views! Emily and Scott were so great to work with, and provided us with everything we needed and more during our stay! And that fireplace....wow! We can't wait to stay at your beautiful home again!

Gorgeous Girls Getaway

We loved the quiet location of this house and the gorgeous views. There was just enough space for six of us, though we did have one pair share a bed to avoid sleeping in a top bunk. It was really nice to be close to town and Leavenworth for a quick day trip. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in/out was a breeze. Would recommend!

Great weekend stay!

Our group of 7 wonderful childhood friends made more great memories here during our yearly gathering. We had great conversations while enjoying beautiful views, the wonderful hot tub and more. The location was perfect for a getaway day to Leavenworth. The house is well equipped and as beautiful as the photos.

Great property, fantastic view, quiet, we really enjoyed the stay. Only about 15 minutes to boat launch in Lake Entiat. Emily responded immediately to all questions. We really had no problems. Wenatchee has lot of activities right there and many more within an hour drive.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor scenery is absolutely beautiful with a wide, open view that makes it easy to relax and unwind.The house was exceptionally clean throughout. It was so clean that we instinctively took off our shoes when we walked in because we didn’t want to dirty the floors which really says a lot about how well the place is maintained.The amenities inside the house are excellent — the furniture and appliances are high quality, well maintained, and very convenient to use. The location is also great, making it easy to get around and visit different places nearby.The only small issue was that the top bunk bed felt a bit wobbly and made some creaking noises when moving, but this did not affect our overall experience.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to other travelers!

Great holiday weekend

We loved our stay! It was convenient to get to Leavenworth and go into Wenatchee for fun activities and then return to the house for a relaxing evening. We played games, watched movies and enjoyed the fabulous view of the Wenatchee valley. Our host, Emily, was so helpful and quick to respond to our emails. Will stay there again.

Nice place, very open and great view. Only reason for 4 star on accuracy of listing is because I booked the place based off the pool but didn’t find out until 2 days before hand the pool was still winterized and not usable. I didn’t see that the pool was closed when booking the place as well.

There were a number of hiccups- I believe they were APP related. Upon check in (8 pm) there was low battery in the lock, attitude was fairly dismissive. Coffee pot was left with dirty filter and with coffee inside.

It was big enough to accommodate a family gathering and worked well for one of our family members who is confined to a wheel chair and another one who uses a walker. THIS is the place you want to stay!

If you are traveling to this area, THIS IS THE PLACE you want to stay! AMAZING! The home is perfect for a family. There were 8 of us. My 90 year old mom, myself, my 2 adult children with their spouses and 2 teen grandchildren. It has everything you need, beautifully appointed, great neighborhood, and THE VIEWS............... OMG! I could sit on the deck or in the hot tub and just look out all day and night. Night views, you can see ALL of Wenatchee and it's just breathtaking! Property owners were amazing as well. Very attentive to our needs etc. Plenty of things for the kids as well. Hiking, swimming, basketball hoop in the drive, games etc. Cannot say enough good about this property!
