It was completely renovated in 2014, in the respect of the whole classified, it profits from a sported garden of 2800m ². The different beaches of Brétignolles sur mer are 4 km away and accessible by bike paths. The center and shops are 3 km. The house consists: on the ground floor: living room of 26m ², dining room with kitchen, pantry, toilet, master suite (bed 160) with bathroom and separate toilet. On the floor: a parental suite with room of water, two rooms, bathroom, TOILET. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Cleaning not included, it must be done by the tenant.
