Low nightly rate pool under reconstruction should be available mid july, Recent hurricane damage. Private locked GARAGE , PRIVATE GARAGE. Nightly price has been discounted. ocean access is 1/2 block south of condo. Inside living area is REMODELED AND safe and undamaged by storm . second floor walk up, on the ocean, great location in desirable Daytona Beach Shores. Clean, refreshed, new king bed, second queen bed, 2 TVs, wi-fi, two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Close to race track and convention center, walk to 4 restaurants , xtra parking. no Pets, beach chairs, bikes.. Visit Ponce Inlet park and fishing jetty just 6 miles away. Friendly condo. NO POOL until mid july 2025.

Amazing views

Property was well located with excellent views. Unfortunately on arrival it was not clean - dead bugs on the floor in the kitchen, dirty crockery, dead lizard in one of the drawers in the bedroom, dirty freezer. There were piles of clean but unironed laundry in the bedrooms and the wardrobes had more spare bedding piled inside. Eventually found the towels (none left out). Air con wasn't working but Donald had an engineer out to fix it immediately - even though it was a Sunday. Balcony doors need replacing, fly screens have fallen off and the doors are very difficult to open. Donald acknowledge that they will need doing soon. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms good, kitchen well equipped, lounge furniture comfortable as is furniture on both balconies. Donald supplied loungers and chairs for use on the beach. Pool deck was still not open but this was communicated to us prior to our stay and it is only about 150m to the nearest beach access.

We had a relaxing time

Beds are comfortable, condo is clean. There is random stuff that makes it feel like you’re invading someone else’s space. The view is great & Great food within walking distance. The pool was closed during our stay. We knew this and had no issues, however we weren’t aware that the entryway to the beach from this property was also closed. It was great having a garage and some chairs to take down. The reason for not giving 5 stars on the accuracy of the online listing is only Bc this is a lot nicer in person than in the pictures listed.Now to the biggest issue. We made this trip to meet my daughters BF’s family, & for him to surprise propose to her, our first night there my daughters BF Had his 15 year old brother stay. By the time we got to the condo a little after midnight we were exhausted & went straight to bed. I wake early, so I went to the upstairs balcony to sit & wait on others to rise and noticed vomit on the concrete below. I giggle about it & said someone had a good time last night not knowing that it actually came from the 1st floor balcony, ours. The owner called and was not exactly friendly right away to my husband. Which caught us both off guard BC @ this time we had no idea it was from us. My husband investigates & finds the kid was embarrassed to tell us he threw up. No big deal we will clean it. Said we would clean it & cleaned it. Neighbor who lives there came over scolding the kid. Overall nice place. We left it cleaner than we found it. Even the comet area

Bad start but became better

Key retrieval was extremely stressful. We are seniors who arrived in Daytona at 10:00p.m. Key pickup location was in a dark sketchy area. E-mailed instructions should include the fact that there is a fob to open door to the building. We waited an hour outside hoping someone would enter or leave as repeated attempts to reach Vacasa went to voicemail. This resulted in $150.00 roaming fees on my cell phone. The unit hallway could use a coat of paint. We also couldn't access T.V. stations-no instructions. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.
