Living Room(s) 2 Upon entering, there is a cozy living room with a comfortable sectional couch, upholstered swivel chair, and extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living area with counter space, bar seating and a stylish spiral staircase leading to the second floor bedrooms. To the left of the spiral staircase is an additional living area with a comfy couch, four upholstered chairs, classic high ceilings, mantle, heart pine floors and natural light. There is a convenient full bathroom located off of this living area. This flexible floor plan offers options for use as a double sitting room.
Bedrooms: 3 Located on the main floor is the Queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and reading lamps.
Two dormer bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor which are accessible by the spiral staircase. Both bedrooms have two single beds, ensuite bathrooms, reading lamps, computer/ dressing table and beautiful heart pine floors.
Baths: 4 The house boasts 4 bathrooms, each unique with touches such as marble and tile accents and standalone showers.
Kitchen: Handmade cabinets, fully stocked , bar/counter, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine and all the small electric gadgets.
This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated “dependency” or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, standing seam copper roof, copper guttering, original moldings, plasterwork, old glass windows, and solid panel doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. It`s the real deal!

The house was exactly like the photos. It was so nice having 4bathrooms. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved the location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shopping.
My family and I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The property was very comfort for the 6 of us. The location was great! And the check in and check out process was very straight forward and easy.We would look to stay at the property when visiting Charleston in the future

Wonderful accommodations - the whole group was very comfortable and the communication was very good. You cannot ask for a better location and parking was very easy. Definitely will recommend and hope to come back sometime.
Excellent location within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Short drive to so many attractions and tours. Plenty spacious living and sleeping areas.
We stayed at this property with family to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was the perfect home base for our trip to Charleston. The accommodations were very comfortable, with plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and feel right at home.The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers, but the property owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—excellent communication and service.The location couldn’t be better! Just a short walk to King Street, where we enjoyed great shopping and dining options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Charleston.

We had a great trip. The unit is beautiful, super clean, in a great location and perfect for our group of 6. The beds were super comfortable too. And the 4 bathrooms worked well fir our group. Overall it was fantastic!
My family came to Charleston for a wedding and I wanted to have us all together. This was a perfect size home and the location was great. This made all our first time experiences in Charleston perfect.
We had a great weekend and the house was very clean. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted. Parking is a challenge if you have more than one car but there is a garage nearby. Definitely would stay again!
I came on a girls weekend with 6 women. Everyone loved the place...plenty of room for 6 with 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus extra beds. It was quirky and quaint with all the ammenities we needed, plus lots of thoughtful extras. Our favorite spot to gather was the front porch. Location was great too, just far enough out of the hustling downtown area, but within walking distance to the market, harbor area, and plenty of great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.
The accommodations were even better than expected. The house was clean, updated and well equipped. Jamie was responsive and made the extra effort to meet our needs. All of this made our stay carefree and enjoyable.

Great family stay in a charming historic home. The unit appeared to be very well cleaned and maintained. We loved the highly walkable area and found some great restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are upstairs in the former attic level, so the beds have low head clearance and the bathrooms are small. We did have two adults successfully sleep up there, but felt those bedrooms would be best suited for children. One note for the host is that we would have appreciated optional plug-in air fresheners since (like all historic southern homes) it can smell a bit musty in the summer. Would happily stay again.

My friends and I had a great girls' weekend at St. Philip Square. The place was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! There is a spiral staircase, fyi. Well-situated near King St. and many restaurants and cafes. We were able to walk everywhere. Good communication with property manager, even when we had a hard time with the code getting in (user error!).
Jamie was extremely accommodating and easy to be reach. The property was even better than described and equipped with everything we needed and more! Everything was brand new and spotless.

We are "old" Charlestonians, married 50 years if that tells you about us! We met in college, married and now have 3 children, 5 grandchildren. We have travelled a lot. We discovered VRBO in Europe and realized it's the best way to go. Upon returning home from our 17 year sailboat odyssey, and having spent time in a number of vrbos, we were happy to become host instead of guest. We have been converting our long term apartment rentals into short term rentals. It has ben an intense and interesting project.
We always preferred to stay in a place that was "in town" close to the action, walkable. But we also cared about being in a place where the host shows they cared about style and design. Because we have such a diverse group of unique properties we can offer the perfect setting for a small family, a big group of friends, a family reunion, a wedding party (the whole wedding party) a business retreat. This particular apartment has designed with "hospitality" in mind. We have a lovely typical Charleston living room with fireplace and mantel with grand windows and opening into a convenient dining room/kitchen area with attractive quartz bar, elegant cabinets, full equipment and storage.
