– Property Layout –



🏡 1st Floor :

Open concept living space with high ceilings. A large kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the perfect place for gathering. A half bathroom and stacked washer/dryer complete the 1st floor. A porch with a pair of rocking chairs overlooks Felix & Cannon St.



🏡 2nd Floor :

1 King bedroom & 1 Queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, plus a balcony with a pair of rocking chairs.



🏡 3rd Floor :

Primary Suite - King bedroom and private ensuite bathroom complete with a double sink vanity, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating.



Guest Access:

• Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.

• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only there is an exterior camera monitoring the driveway and front door entrance.



• There is an excessive noise monitor present on the property. It does not record audio - only decibel levels.

We had an amazing stay in Charleston. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts. They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. This property was clean, well equipped, and in a great location relative Charleston sites and restaurants. We walked to almost everything. The floor plan and furnishings make for a comfortable stay and were very accurately depicted in the listing. The host were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Perfect place to stay in Charleston! We visit frequently and usually stay in a hotel near the Battery, but we had a friend join us, so we decided to get a house. The location was FANTASTIC; we were able to walk almost everywhere, and the property itself was immaculate. Having a private parking spot was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again.
