Two real little love nests of 30m2 with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave / oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, pots, pans, and complete dishes .. Decoration of taste. Comfortable accommodation in a small building along the waterfront, FULL SOUTH and close to all SHOPS.

Very quiet building, public parking nearby, beach of La Banche 2 minutes walk, restaurants at the foot of the apartment, bakery and crossroads city a few meters. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.
