Wir haben uns Anfang Mai 2026 in dem Objekt aufgehalten. Es handelt sich um ein Gebäude mit ca.15 Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten eine Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss, die nach Osten ausgerichtet war. Auf dem Parkplatz in der Wohnung zwei Parkplätze zugeordnet. Das Schlechte vorweg: Tor zum Grundstück, Tor zum Parkplatz, Eingangstür der Wohnung und Tor zum Strand sind mit Zugangscodes versehen. Der vorher mitgeteilte Zugangscode zum WLAN war falsch, ließ sich aber am Router richtig ablesen. Hierfür war ein  erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik durchaus hilfreich. An einem Tag regnet es den ganzen Tag. Als wir abends vom Ausflug wieder kamen, stellten wir fest, dass es von der darüberliegenden – zurückversetzten – Terrasse in unserer Wohnung durchgeregnet hatte. Es hatte sich eine Pfütze von ca 3 Quadratmetern gebildet, die auf den Fliesen dann aber schnell aufgewischt werden konnte, für das nachtropfende Wasser konnte ein Eimer über Nacht hingestellt werden. Über die angegebene Handynummer ist jemand von der Hausverwaltung – auch zur Unzeit - erreichbar.Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichend große Terrasse mit einem schönen Tisch und Stühlen. Bei entsprechender Temperatur kann man dort zum Essen draußen sitzen. Der Ess-Wohn-Küchenbereich hat eine große Fensterfront, so dass man vom Esstisch aufs Meer schauen kann.

Séjour au top !

Location idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage : c'est un régal. Repas pris chaque jour sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer, que du bonheur. C'est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. La déco a été refaite. Nous avons pleinement profité de la Bretagne.

Appartement entièrement rénové, soigné et fonctionnel.

Accueil sympathique par la voisine. Appartement entière refait. Dommage que la chambre soit aveugle. La conception de l'appartement et l'orientation Est limitent la luminosité. La météo un peu frileuse ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardinet pourtant très bien aménagé.

Sehr gute Lage, sicheres wohnen in einer Residenz, 2 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Appartement modern und funktional eingerichtet. Für fernsehabend jedoch etwas un komfortabel. Für den Strand waren lediglich 2 Liegen vorhanden, und die in einem desolaten Zustand.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage in einer Badebucht. In dem Haus befinden sich mehrere meist größere Appartements welche Anfang September nur teilweise belegt waren. Nahversorgung im Umkreis von 2-5 km gesichert 🥐🥖Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet mit Blick aufs Meer und direktem Strandzugang. Empfehlenswert👍👍

Appartement au calme et très bien situé. 10 mètres de la plage et 10 min à pied u centre ville, via une voix piétonne. Très bon emplacement et appartement agréable. Petit bémole pour le réseau téléphone quasi nul et le Wifi digne d'un 56k... Déconnection garantie :)

Belle location et accueil très agréable . Petites choses à améliorer pour les prochains locataires, ll faudrait préciser que les draps ne sont pas fournis et surtout que c'est un lit de 160. Dommage il est impossible d'aérer le logement ! Il manque un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, c'est basé sur la confiance donnée aux locataires. Le ménage était pour nous impeccable, en fait il faut rendre le logement dans l'état où on voudrait le trouver c'était le cas.. Je recommande ce logement, vraiment adapté aux fauteuils roulant.
