About this property

This 1,600 square feet condo is on two levels with the master bedroom upstairs. Beds include one king-size, one queen-size, and twin and bunk bed (double bottom/twin above). Each bedroom has its own full bath. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and beautiful views of Vail Mountain. Guests enjoy use of the three decks (one covered). The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking.

The unit is located in Sandstone directly across from Lionshead in Vail and 15 minutes from Beaver Creek Resort. One hundred yards from a FREE Town of Vail bus stop. Two parking spaces just outside. Check-out cleaning included in the price. Rented by the owner. Great value in both winter and summer!

Easy access to transportation and great apartment

We had a great stay and were able to either drive 5 mins to the parking for the mountain or just take the bus few steps away. Great apartment, clean and spacious.

3 bds condo at Vail

I stayed 4 nights at this condo, myself and my 3 adult children. The unit was clean and well provisioned. The bus stop is approximately 100 yds away and worked very well for getting us to the lifts and into town for dinner. We only used the car for a run to get groceries

Wonderful condo with easy access to Vail/Lionshead Villages

There were 5 of us staying in this condo and it was perfect for us all. Decent-sized kitchen, comfy living room with a fireplace, dining room that seats 6, and bedrooms for 2 couples and our fifth person each (actually, the 3rd bedroom accommodates up to 4 people - a twin and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top). The upstairs bedroom has a shuttered opening that looks out down to the living room so there could be noise (wasn't a problem for us as we all went to bed at the same time!). The whole place was well-appointed, very clean, and met all our needs. One of the best features of the condo is it's proximity to the villages. The free shuttle stop is a 2 min walk from the condo; it's a 10 min ride to Vail Village and a 5 min ride to the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead Village. We all agreed that we would stay here again when we come back to Vail!

Perfect spot for a guys trip

This place was nice and roomy for our snowboarding trip to vail. Close to the mountain. I would stay here again with friends or family and would recommend it to others.

Needed a car for getting groceries only.

FREE bus every half hour approximately 3 minute walk to enclosed bus station up one flight of stairs. Lots of restaurants and stores in Vail Villages but take the bus and expect to walk mostly since very limited free parking anywhere.

On the Vail Bus Route

Location was convenient. It is on the bus route, but you must take steps up the hill from the condo parking lot to the street to walk to the bus stop. Not a big deal, but if you have kids or others that do not walk well in ski boots, this would be something to consider. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The owner was quick to answer any questions we could come up with and overall, we had a nice stay at this property.

Easy location to get to everything in Vail area. Lots of forest surrounding units and a running creek out back. Arrangement of bedrooms and baths were great and the living space was open and spacious.

Pretty comfortable and affordable for three bedrooms

Perfect Stay!

Great location and peaceful. Nice to come back to after spending the day in Vail. Although it’s only a 15 minute walk to Lionshead, it’s an easy drive with free parking there and the free shuttle is great. Lots of natural light, roomy, clean and well stocked. We would definitely book again!

Cómodo y agradable, pero no su distribución. Cerca de Lionshead, no lo suficiente para ir a pie.

En general el departamento es cómodo y agradable, pero no nos encantó la distribución, tanto por tener el comedor detrás de la cocina, como la recámara principal en otra planta con una escalera muy empinada y de escalones muy cortos. La recámara para “niños” tiene colchones incómodos para adultos. La lavadora no funcionó. “Lavó” durante todo un día una sola carga de ropa y nunca desagüo ni exprimió. La pasamos bien esta limpio y bien equipado, pero creo que la tarea aquí es señalar los inconvenientes. Gracias.

Great location but one large hiccup.

Great location very cute place. Washer broke the second night and we packed light to ski. We wash clothes everyday after skiing when we stay at a VRBO (masks, base layers, socks) but no dice this time. Someone did come to look at it the night before we were leaving though. She covered the price to get the clothes laundered the first day but we had to do clothes in the bathtub also. Major hassle. Wish she had an emergency maintenance person.

Best value @ Vail

The property is clean, comfortable and convenient. A 3BR, 3BA condo w/in an easy walk to the Vail bus is a rarity. And while a few updates would be welcome, the property has to be one of the best values in Vail. I would stay again for sure.
