Great location and access to the beach. Love Folly and the beach town vibe there. Ahhh..Folly was comfortable and clean. The descriptions and pictures are right on point. Storage was a little tight for our family of four but we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Shopping is nearby; can ride a bike or cart. Limited parking areas in the shopping/dining areas The photos of the home are accurate. There are more than one to rent in this house. We had B which gave us a lg deck, grill & made the beach view is minimal. The house was clean! Amenities were sufficient & considerate. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Perfect Getaway

This property was PERFECT. The house was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds, crisp/clean sheets, soft towels, and everything we needed for cooking. It was also conveniently located right across from the beach. Katherine was also wonderful to work with - she sent us several messages communicating things going on, weather, etc. She also provided us with a late check-out, without issue. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you so much for making our vacation one of the best we've had. We will definitely be back!

Fall Break get away

We enjoyed our weekend in Folly. The house is super comfy to relax, the beach is steps away and the sunrises were beautiful. Charleston is a short drive. We brought our electric scooters and explored Folly and Charleston, super fun. Also we took a boat out in the Ashley river one day to explore! Great time.

Great Vaca Rental

Stay was great, clean and right across from the beach. We walked to our wedding site and had a wonderful time staying here. Place is well equipped with amenities and the owner even had beach chairs for us. Will definitely stay here again.

Ahh-mazing stay at Ahh Folly!

Our family of 4 ( including 2 teenagers) enjoyed our time at this property. It was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. The host is super on top of communication and the location is unbelievable. Our only problem was the length of our vacation was too short! Already planning our next visit to Folly Beach and this great spot!

Welcome to our family beach house! where we spend many days lounging around and enjoying time with friends and family. Located 1 mile from bustling Center street, you can walk, bike or golf cart to restaurants or shops, but our block is far enough from the nightlife to be peaceful.

We hope you feel the Folly vibe when staying at our home!

What makes this property unique

This is a single family home that is divided into 3 unique apartments. Each unit has its own private entrance and amenities, so you always have privacy.

What we love the most is that it is truly only a steps to the ocean!
