Just wow... stately accommodations with all the comforts of home. The owners maintained the elegance of a bygone time yet provided all of the modern conveniences. Clean, quiet and convenient. Add pet friendly and you can't do better than this. Just wish we were spending more time. Can't recommend highly enough!
Charming and comfortable apartment in downtown Richmond. We stayed two nights while moving our son into EKU. We enjoyed the patio, had a great dinner and tropical drinks at Islands in the Stream. Next morning we had an amazing latte at Purdys coffee shop. The reason we are here is bittersweet but the quaint apartment and gorgeous downtown made things a little better.
Pristine apartment - one of 4 in the beautiful restored building. Feels like it was very recently updated, yet kept some of the original charm (floors, doorknobs). Good Wi-Fi. Really beautiful property and would definitely plan to stay here if we're back in Richmond
My sister and I stayed here on a vacation and loved the apartment. It was decorated beautifully and lots of space. We would definitely stay here again.
This was my second stay at the Tenant House and it won't be my last. Perfect location, comfortable and very spacious. Highly recommend staying here anytime you are in Richmond.
Lovely place to stay! Consistently clean, this is the second year (technically 3rd & 4th booking!) I’ve stayed here as a mid stop during a road trip and it’s so beautiful I wish I had more time to enjoy it.
Everything was lovely- no Kleenex & could not find any placemats. Could have used a couple extra dish towels. The only negative about listing is that we didn’t realize 2nd floor.Very nice house/ unit

The home was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely as well with the Richmond Visitor Center across the street. 10/10 would definitely stay there again.
