Award winning WATERSIDE RESORT by Spinnaker is just two blocks from the beach & one block from Coligny Plaza for all your shopping/dining needs. Great location for kids! Resort features on-site activities, two outdoor pools, hot tub, children's pool, BBQ grills, exercise room, and game room.
Our family is unable to use this year so a great deal for your family!
Spacious (1296 ft2) 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM Condo located in the 5600 building. The 5600 building is the building closest to the main pool and children's pool. Master bedroom with KING SIZED BED and attached MASTER BATH with JETTED GARDEN TUB and SEPARATE SHOWER. 2nd bedroom has TWO TWIN BEDS and in-room access to hall bath that has a no lip roll-in accessible shower. The living room has a QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including DISHWASHER and has granite countertops. Condo also has a full size WASHER & DRYER, BALCONY overlooking wooded lagoon, and FREE WI-FI.
Unit is on the FIRST FLOOR of the 5600 building which is the building closest to main pool and clubhouse. COVERED PARKING is below building and there is an ELEVATOR to take you up to the first floor.
Unit is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE with an open access shower in the hall/2nd bathroom.
