New house in a very quiet location between sea and mountains with mountain views. You will be able to discover the magnificent beaches of Testa at 5mins, the splendid cliffs of Bonifacio in 15 min, the city of Porto Vecchio in 20 min or even the pretty village of Pianottoli (5mins).
The village of Figari is located 1km offering all amenities: Spar, Pharmacy, tobacco, post office, restaurants, market, etc.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, living room, 2 bedrooms, wc, bathroom with walk-in shower.
1st bedroom: a double bed, a TV, dressing room and air conditioning.
2nd bedroom: bunk bed, dressing room and air conditioning.
You can have an additional sleeping 2 people in a convertible sofa in the living room.
You have a beautiful terrace and barbecue with a nice mountain view.
Nearby activities: windsurfing, kitsurf, boat rental. The most beautiful Golf in Europe (Sperone Bonifacio) at 20mins.

J ai bien retenu votre commentaire, nous allons faire pour organiser les choses autrement concernant le garage. Pour l accès, plusieurs possibilités permettent de se garer. Nous avons comme projet tout de meme de terrasser et de créer un extérieur plus intime.

Mieux que sur les photos
Belle surprise en arrivant, le lieu est magnifique et bien situé, quant au logement c'est mieux que sur les photos. Tout est neuf ; Il y a de beaux volumes, aussi bien les chambres que le salon/cuisine - avec une terrasse bien agréable située soleil couchant. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable ; la région de Figari offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites et l'on peut partir à la découverte de jolies petites plages à proximité. Nous avons également eu un excellent accueil du propriétaire qui sait rester disponible mais discret. Nous recommandons cette location qui correspondant parfaitement à un couple mais aussi à une famille de 5 personnes "sans se marcher sur les pieds".

Agréablement surpris
Mieux que sur les photos, un cadre très naturel bien aménagé en concordance avec un paysage de maquis et montagne juste magnifique. La maison est une belle surprise, très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle en retrait de toute circulation mais proche des commerces et des plages sublimes à découvrir. Je recommande cette location aussi bien pour un coupleou une famille avec 3/4 enfants. Rien à redire. Merci aussi pour l'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire. .
