The perfect retreat for a beach-going family, this Panama City Beach condo features a private balcony overlooking the water, complimentary seasonal beach service, and fantastic resort amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor firepit.

Beloved by families, beachcombers, and water sports enthusiasts, Sterling Breeze is located directly on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.

Perfect for small family

This condo was perfect for our small family. There were only 3 of us but there was room for 3 more if we had wanted. The location was great! Close enough to pier park but not in the most congested area. Once the road construction is complete it will be even better. If you like a real dark room at night, I would bring blackout shades for the bedroom. The other sleeping areas were very dark but the bedroom had lots of light coming in all night. Beach service with 2 loungers and an umbrella were a huge plus! We had the same chairs each day. The staff at Sterling Breeze were great and super friendly! The communication with Vacasa was great and directions were easy to follow. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star was the cleanliness of the bedroom bath, there was visible mildew above the shower and around the faucet, but no one cleans as good as yourself, so that may have been just a me thing. We would stay at this condo again for sure and overall very please with it.

Perfect location on the quiet side of pier ~ an easy half mile walk to Pier Point. Saw dolphins and stingrays jumping from the balcony.

We checked in late on a friday night. The place smelled and looked liked it had just been cleaned. Everything was just as expected! The main bed is extremely comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing! We would absolutely stay there again!!

Beautiful!!!! One of my favorite spots in the whole country!!!

This condo is amazing!! I come here every year for new years and it never disappoints!! The owners of the condo really do take care of it because everything is always in great shape! Beautiful views from the balcony and being on the third floor means no crazy waits for the elevator! Highly recommended!!

Everything was great except for vacassa we stayed in this condo 2 years ago and enjoyed it. The balcony sliding door didn't lock we called vacassa 4 or 5 times and they always came up with a excuse, someone from sterling breeze came up and fixed it

No A/C = Hot Guests

The location of the property is great and staff are friendly. The size of this unit is perfect for a small family who values time on the beach over indoor amenities. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the pool bar drinks are very good. Easy in and out to the beach. Now for the unfortunate part(s): upon arrival we noticed it was warm and the A/C unit wasn't cooling properly. We immediately notified the Vacasa team the morning after we checked in. We were given the run around and vague answers until Thursday, when the unit was replaced (after two visits from the service company confirming the unit was broken). The result was 5.5 days without air conditioning after being in the Florida heat all day. They didn't have a unit we could switch to and even recommended we simply left early when they COULD/SHOULD have replaced the unit immediately. The good news? The new unit works and cools as it should. The grill also didn't work. Supposedly was fixed but who knows. The WiFi was shameful. Hopefully the owner updates his hardware so connections are stable throughout the unit. We likely won't stay here again but bear in mind that the issues I pointed out are, as of this posting, fixed. I hope none of you have to deal with anything like that. ***Vacasa DID issue a sizable refund for all of the issues but the issues are what they are.

Nice property. Mostly positive, a few small negatives

Property is clean and in good order. Location in right on the beach, so nice. Everything working. Very comfortable. Lots of road construction and internal construction going on. Unavoidable during this time of year. Floors could have been cleaned better. Looked ok but dirty. Also the breezeway light outside the bedroom window lights it up the BR way too bright for me. Bad layout but a darkening shade would help. Overall I would recommend highly. The construction will end eventually and floor is minor issue. I would advise that if you are a light sleeper bring a dark curtain for the bedroom.

Location was perfect! The room was very clean and up to date. The elevators were fast, which is usually a problem at most places. The pool and hot tub was nice especially when we had a double red flag day. There were only a few problems. There was no plate in the microwave. The oven was not heating up properly. It took a while longer to cook a frozen pizza. The shower door in the master leaked pretty bad, but we were able to keep the water contained with towels. The worst part was checking in. The lady at the front desk was not helpful. You have to get on a computer and fill out forms yourself and print out your own parking pass. For some this could’ve been a big problem because the lady was no help. Other than that, I am glad we chose this place for our girls trip.
