This gorgeous penthouse condo offers everything you could possibly want! Located on the 28th floor with the most amazing views from your 30-foot balcony you can really take it all in.
With floor to ceiling sliding glass in the living room and master bedroom you will enjoy unbelievable sunsets of the world's most beautiful emerald beaches.
Our location can't be beat! Tidewater is walking distance to Pier Park which offers over a million sq. feet of shopping, restaurants, rides, movie theaters, concerts etc. What a perfect excuse to take a 5 minute walk down the beach! The pier is also a great place to do a little fishing.

Our Condo is professionally decorated. The huge master bedroom features a king size bed, beautiful furnishings and a flat screen TV. The master bath is elegantly appointed as well. The living room is very spacious with a very comfortable sectional sofa, an accent chair, coffee table, end tables, entertainment center with 55 inch flat screen TV. There is an upscale dinette table for 4 and 3 comfortable bar stools as well. The kitchen features travertine tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer and all utensils, cookware etc.

The second bedroom is a private bunk room has a safari theme which is appealing to the kids and adults and has it's very own full bathroom and a washer and dryer.


The 30 foot balcony is appointed with 2 sets of tables and cushioned chairs as well as a cushioned lounge chair.

Notice to all guests:

There is a Registration Fee of $35 to be payed.This is a one time fee and covers everyone in your party.

They will issue you a parking pass (or passes) and wrist bands for everyone in your party. The Security Team at Tidewater does an excellent job and by following the Condo Rules it helps to further assure you that you will have a safe vacation at Tidewater. This payment may also be made in advance. When you receive your welcome email we will provide you with a link to prepay and register, this will save you time at check-in.

Loved that the condo was right on the beach. The unit itself was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chair service provided by the owners. We spent most of our time at the beach and in the Gulf. Can’t wait till next year!

We had an amazing time. Condo was VERY clean and had breathtaking views from the balcony. All the staff and most guests were super friendly. Lots of amenities, the beach chairs were her favorite. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for vacation. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!

The condo was amazing, no issues with the condo at all. The views were amazing and it was equipped just as advertised. The owners were great and very responsive. The elevators at the building were our only issue. Its such a big building that the elevators take forever when trying to go uo or down.

The unit was clean and we were able to check in a little early. The owner was very attentive and even notified us about an issue she was aware of in the unit. The only negative of the rental was the elevator waits which was no fault of the owner. I would definitely encourage anyone to rent from this owner. The view from the balcony in this unit was quite stunning

Super comfy bed! Amazing views! The hosts were always so quick to respond. AC works great! Nice to have a washer and dryer. Saw lots of marine life from the balcony, sea turtles, sharks, sting ray, fish. Dusty’s oyster bar within walking distance with fantastic food and servers!

The condo was nice and comfortable, but the spare bedroom with the bunk beds was very small and cramped and the towel racks in the master bathroom are coming off the walls. During peek times the elevators are a nightmare and you will wait forever to get on them and a family of four only gets two beach chairs. If you want two additional chairs, it’s 70.

We are Jim & Aundrea Sparks. We live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We own a restaurant called Home Plate Cafe located just outside the main gate of Hot Springs Village which is the largest gated community in the U.S. We love to travel, cruise, go boating and camping on beautiful Lake Ouchita and we love concerts. Our favorite group is Train. We have a daughter named Jayla. She likes to sing, play soccer and she loves animals.

Why they chose this property

We chose Tidewater Resort for many reasons. First of all, the location can't be beat. Not only is it walking distance to Pier Park which is where everyone wants to go during their visit to Panama City Beach, it is also less than a mile from Gulf World Marine Park, another huge attraction. It also happens to be the very first oceanfront condo you get to from the airport which means if you fly in you will literally be on the beach in 15 minutes. the amenities at Tidewater are also the best. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, several 15 person Roman spas, saunas, 2 arcade rooms, a restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, a tiki bar, a movie theatre, free wireless Internet, covered parking, 24 hour security, enough said!
