Relaxing by the sea

Apartment in a house from the beginning of the last century modernized, with all the desired comfort. You have a large sun terrace, as well as a small garden area, with direct view of the port.
Table, garden chairs, and barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy your meals outside.

You have two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds). The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate the 5th and 6th people. All bedding is new.

Bathroom with bath, separate WC and a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob, freezer and microwave.

The city center is accessible on foot as well as the beaches (-1 km).
Small dogs are accepted (25 € per week).
Sheets (15 € / bed) and towels (10 € per lot) can be rented.

A cleaning fee of € 50 is added to the reservation.

Amazing location, needed a good clean

Fantastic terrace with great views. Easy walk by marina into centre. Well equipped but the place smelled musty and needed a good clean, for example, dirty soap dishes. BBQ was rusty and unusable. The garden front and back was overgrown. On the plus side a very comfortable bed.

Gite super pour les amoureux des bateaux.

5 jours sur place et en hiver... Nous avons apprécié la vue et la proximité du port, le parking au pied de la maison et la bonne organisation. Merci aussi au gérant, flexible et à l'écoute.

Appartement cosy très bien situé

Situation privilégiée au bout du port, très bien orienté avec vue à 180 degrés. Appartement agréable et bien équipé ( manque juste le wifi). Un ménage plus soigneux aurait cependant été apprécié :-(

Superbe emplacement et vue au calme

Dans un tel cadre on regrette que la vaisselle (couverts) et le linge de lit (protèges oreillers et matelas) ne soient pas plus soignés. De même pour la propreté des placards où ranger les vêtements (cheveux qui traînent).

Leider war das Wetter nicht gut, es regnete viel und die Wohnung war trotz Heizung etwas feucht. Zum Lesen wäre eine Stehlampe sinnvoll, WLAN gab es leider nicht, was bei dem Preis eigentlich dabei sein sollte. Toll waren die vielen Sitzplätze: oben auf der Terrasse, unten im Garten ein großer Tisch und noch eine kleinere Sitzende, bei der man grillen kann. Leider konnte man aufgrund des Wetters diese nicht so nutzen. Das eine Zimmer, was man zu zweit nicht benutzen muss, geht zur Straße raus und ist dementsprechend laut, da es die Hauptstraße durch La Trinité ist. Zum richtigen Strand ist es zu Fuß recht weit, will man wirklich am Strand länger entlaufen, bietet sich eher Carnac an. Wäre das Wetter anders gewesen, hätten wir die Unterkunft mehr genießen können und vor allem die Feuchtigkeit nicht bemerkt.

A lovely old character apartment, part of the original large house. Great ambience, charming garden with lovely patio overlooking the marina. Quiet, peaceful. No wifi, which did cause a walk to local cafes or marina. Would recommend to others. AAA+++

Détente et calme assuré !

Court séjour dans une maison typique et confortable dont nous occupions le rez de chaussée,tout était conforme à la description et le fait de garer la voiture sur le parking devant la maison est un plus . La vue est magnifique surtout sous le soleil du matin et les repas pris sur la terrasse sont parfaits . Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute . Merci à Monsieur Baril pour son accueil et sa disponibilité .
