This Texas home is great for your next family or fishing trip to the coast! There is plenty of space for the whole group to relax and modern amenities, such as multiple smart TVs, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a comfy sectional in the living area. Step outside to wonderful scenery with a bar, picnic tables, a fire pit, and a covered patio with great views!

Located in Rockport-Fulton near many coastal activities, such as Fulton Mansion State Historic Site for a great historic tour, or take a day trip to Fulton Harbor Park or Rockport Beach for some fun swimming and fishing. There are also many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops as well. The Copano Bay Fishing Pier is the perfect place to try your hand at fishing and it's only three miles west! Take the short drive to Goose Island State Park and enjoy several outdoor activities that include fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and birdwatching!

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
