Hi, my name is Felicia. I have lived in Texas my whole life and love the beach, I'm just not too fond of the Texas Coast line when you cannot see your feet. In 2013, my husband Gary and I came to Rockport to visit the area and a good friend to go fishing... The very first thing I noticed is that i could see my feet in the water. I was actually looking at sea life, like fish swimming and small crabs. I was so excited!! To add that and the fact my husband and I love to fish and be anywhere near water was the sales point to the Rockport/Fulton area. It was the best of both worlds. It has great fishing guides, if your like us and do not have a boat. The people of Rockport/Fulton are friendly and the night life is super fun. We are so close to Port A, for my teen kiddos and to Corpus for big shopping. I just could not resist the purchase of this Summer home. It sits in a tropical setting that changes how I feel when I pull in the driveway, the city life just melts off me. I loved it so much that I just did not want our fun place to set there unattended because we could not be there to enjoy it. So, we decided to start renting Summerhouse out to other families who i hope love it just as mush as we do. So come and relax and do what we all do back, relax by the pool or the beach front, grill with a cold one and just be yourself with your besties. We hope you enjoy your stay and will want to come back again and again!!

Summerhouse will not disappointed you. The amenities of what the Sailhouse community offers is above any other place in Rockport/Fulton area. At night the neighborhood is quite so you can relax with your family, friends, play cards or curl up with your kiddos with a movie without being disturb like in a hotel or motel in town. Its close to town and the drive on Fulton beach road is beautiful drive to town.

A little about our Sailhouse Community
The Sailhouse community is a newly built and unique community in Rockport that stretches between HWY 35 to Fulton Beach Road, which hugs the edge of Aransas Bay. Fulton Beach Road provides a slow scenic drive to Fulton and Rockport. It was designed to make you feel you were settling in a Floridian based area. Its beautiful pastel colors are coordinated throughout the homes and the landscaping is carefully placed. The center walkway is the path to the private pier and beach. Once you enter Sailhouse you just might want to spend the entire trip right there at Summerhouse and not leave. The Sailhouse homeowners that live in the community are wonderful people that you will find enjoying the time to walk their beloved dogs, riding bikes, fishing, crabbing or simply talking to anyone that is a neighbor or guest.
