A well kitted out and spacious villa with a huge pool which was a massive selling point of the villa. Nice, quiet location but nothing really easily accessible by foot. Fans in each room but lack of air conditioning made the rooms very hot and hard to sleep in. Lots of amenities and plenty of rooms. The villa was ideal for us as it was a party of 8 and we had hired a car. 25 minute drive into Valencia - without a car we'd have felt a little isolated.

Beautiful, peaceful, well kept and spotless house. Attention to detail and very good hosts. Sometimes difficult to get a taxi during the winter when traveling with eldearly people, but otherwise the train is within walking distance.

I can’t recommend this villa enough. We were a group of eight and there was so much space for us all. Love all the little areas around the villa to chill out and chat. The back porch, the pogoda (great for yoga!), the pool area and just the villa in general - amazing. So much time was spent relaxing and enjoying ourselves here - all eight of us were blown away. The area nearby (5 minute walk) is also so lovely and full of friendly people. I really recommend the tapas restaurant (The Chill Out Bar/Bar Chill Out?). We had an incredible meal there and it was fantastic value for money. Very easy to get into Valencia from the Metro there and so reasonably priced. Àngel, who met us was very warm and friendly too. Fantastic stay.

Nice but a bit far away from the Valencia sights

We were not expected so the cleaning staff was still there and could not speak English. The owner compensated us. The pool was not heated so it was a chilling plunge.it was a spacious, well appointed property albeit some of the appliances did not work and some did but not well. Sadly due to our unexpected arrival we were not shown how to use them or given a tour of the property.

Great villa and pool, with everything we needed. We had lots of space. The area is quiet, lovely and felt very safe. We hired a car, which made it easy to get around, but the metro is not far, and there also seemed to be lots of buses. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby also. The villa had AC in the living room only but there were plenty of fans. We would definitely stay again.

Miraculous!

We were working a show at the Fira Valencia. 8 of us. So much better then a hotel! The team is like family and this is the place to be. The grounds are spectacular! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern. All of the amenities are state of the art. You have multiple places to chill, share meals, and the bbq and pallea stove are great. We made great dinners and the pool rivals those of hotels. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, easy markets, first class neighborhood . I can’t wait to come back and I’m so bummed we had to leave. Thank you Elliot and Anna

Everything you need!

My friends and I went to this property for a week. At the beginning it was a little bit scary because of COVID-19, but the villa has everything you need! We had a lovely week and enjoyed our stay very much. Elliot, the son of Jeremy, is just lovely and so helpful! La Canyada isn’t too big, but within 20 minutes you are in the centre of Valencia!
