Wedding Weekend

This cozy, comfortable home was the perfect 3-night stay for my son’s wedding at Villa &Vine. Conveniently located and the host provided snacks and drinks, great communication and thoughtful and useful amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for your kind hospitality.

Family celebration

We were so comfortable in the cottage, enjoyed grilling each evening, working on a puzzle, soaking in the hot tub and spending time together!

High end spot in town

Beautifully furnished and equipped apartment with two bedrooms and a bath inside and a very nice back yard with seating and a lovely casita with its own bath.

Such a lovely home! Excellent condition, gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, good kitchen, good AC. Owner was so sweet; checked on us multiple times to see of we needed anything.

Well-appointed bungalow

My husband, our two kids, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ideally located quaint home. The amenities were thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location is central to all things Santa Barbara. We would stay here again!

Adorable place!

We really enjoyed our stay in this great place! Comfortable, cute, and welcoming! The backyard was our favorite part with the super clean hot tub, orange tree, lavender and rosemary bushes. So relaxing!

Great place in a great city!

Rachael's place was a great home base for our trip to Santa Barbara! As pictured, the real highlight was the casita, which was super nice and a great place for grandma who came along with our family of four. Recommended!

The perfect oasis in Santa Barbara

We loved staying at this house. Every detail was perfect - perfect style, perfect location, perfect comfort, perfectly stocked. Graduation weekend at orange blossom cottage

We absolutely the home. It was so clean with a beautiful layout, spacious kitchen, and large bedrooms. The backyard was so inviting! We didn’t want to leave and definitely will return.

Short stay for a wedding

The house was perfect! Great location near enough to Downtown so we could walk to the park, restaurants, and bars. A few cute spots nearby too and a 10-minute drive to the beach. House was in perfect condition. I wish we were staying longer so that we could cook in the kitchen and hang out in the yard more. Would absolutely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

We are a 3-generation family who stayed here for graduation and it worked out well for all of us. Loved the casita and the backyard. It was so relaxing and convenient to everything that we needed. Rachael was so accessible! It’s a great family memory. I truly wanted to move in.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of girlfriends. Everyone had her own space, and the common areas have plenty of room for everyone to gather. We especially loved the outdoor space and hot tub. The house is also very well equipped with supplies and plenty of storage for everyone’s luggage.

Wonderful weekend

Our family had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara. Due to the stormy weekend, we spent a lot more time than expected indoors and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful cottage! The fireplace and hot tub were amazing. Racheal was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Family group n town for a show

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town to attend a performance at The Lobero Theater (very close). We enjoyed 2 dinners out in downtown (very close). The house was great for relaxing in between outings. The backyard and jacuzzi were great. Kitchen fully stocked & easy to use.

Excellent Stay

The house is just as described in the listing, super clean and cozy. Location is great, just a short ride (less than 10 mins) to town. The small private backyard and hot tub were huge pluses. Rachael was very responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay!

This was a great home to stay in with young children, exactly as pictured. Only feedback is to make the address number more visible from the street. We had a hard time finding the home when we got here and multiple food delivery dreivers had a hard time finding it too. Overall, wonderful and would love to stay here again.
