This villa is superbly situated, ideal for families. All rooms over look the pool and have a sea view. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 of which ensuit. The accomodation can sleep up to 8 people.All bedrooms have their own access to the veranda on the ground floor and magnificent sea view.The villa is 23 kilometers from the airport on the cost road, the nearest resort is Messonghi only 3 kilometers from the villa. Just above the villa is the village of Chlomos, a typical Corfiot village where your can walk through the narrow streets and admire the graphic local houses draped with bougainvillea blossom. You can also enjoy the panoramic view from Balis Taverna while eating good local cooking. Along the sea front are a selection of fish tavernas renound for their excellent sea food. The tavernas are literally on the beach combining easy dining with the romance of a moon lit ocean.
The nearest beach is at Messonghi - only a 5 minute drive from the villa. This is a family, sandy beach and water sports are also available here. Only a few kilometres west discover some of the prettiest beaches on the island away from the hustle and bustle of the busy resorts. Easily accessible with local tavernas serving food all day. These especially children friendly beaches are perfect for a relaxing day and if you get too hot the shade of the olive trees and vine covered pergolas is just the thing while drinking a glass of the local wine al fresco.

Villa Boukari is an absolute gem

This villa is absolutely stunning - the view is incredible and the whole place is so quiet and relaxing. We spent an amazing 2 weeks here - from picking the organic produce in the garden (cucumbers, tomatoes, courgettes, melons, herbs) to hiking the trails up to the pretty village of Chlomos. Alex was absolutely first rate, he was so accommodating and had thought of everything to make our stay special. His homemade cherries, jams, etc from the trees in the garden are to die for. Great facilities - games room, Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc and the pool was just beautiful! We swam at midnight most days as it was all lit up. Every kitchen gadget you could want and well within short driving distance to many amazing tavernas. We hired a car for the whole holiday and it was much needed. Thank you Alex for making our holiday so special. We were a group of 6 adults (3 x couples).

Ausblick jeden Morgen auf das Meer unglaublich

Wer absolute Einsamkeit und Privatsphäre möchte, liegt hier absolut richtig. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist jeden Morgen unglaublich. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und der Pool wirklich toll. Die Betreuung von Alex war einwandfrei und sehr zuverlässig. An die abenteuerliche Anreise über Kieswege und Straßen mit Schlaglöcher gewöhnt man sich mit der Zeit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Villa. Trotzdem gebe ich in der Gesamtwertung nur 4 Sterne, da hier und da doch einiges abgewohnt bzw. defekt ist. Spülmaschine nur bedingt einsatzfähig, Wohnzimmer Türe kann nicht verschlossen werden (ist mit Kette gesichert). Duschköpfe müssen dringend erneuert werden. Stühle allgemein in schlechtem Zustand sowohl drinnen als auch draussen. Letztendlich eine tolle Villa aber hier und da sollte einiges repariert oder erneuert werden. Bei einer Villa in dieser Preisklasse darf man mehr erwarten.

Un vrai paradis : Calme et tranquillité avec vue et cadre exceptionnels

a ncore mieux que sur les photos du site Propriété exceptionnelle dans un site naturel propoice à la quiétude et au repos. Une impression d'être seuls ; n'avons pas vu un seul voisin ! Nous avons particulièremen apprécié la propriété avec 3 chambres donnant sur la piscine. Divers endroits pour manger, méditer, observer la beauté de la mer Bravo et un immense MERCI à Alexander pour son sens aigu de l'accueil. Il nous a attendus et guidés jusqu'à la maison. Il avait déjà prévu le dîner du 1er soir et le petit déjeuner du lendemain; Quel confort car avons rejoint la maison à 21h et tous les supermarchés étaient fermés. Je recommande vivement ce lieu de vacances et BRAVO à Alexnader jean paul CLARET

Wir hatten 11 Supertolle Urlaubstage in dieser wunderschön im Olivenhain gelegene Villa an der es an nichts gefehlt hat! Die Lage der Villa, der wunderschöne Blick auf das Meer - kann man kaum woanders besser geniessen. Mit dem Pool wurde alles vollkommen! Ebenso ist ein schöner großer Grill vorhanden... Einen ganz großen Dank an unseren Vermieter Alex, der uns am Flughafen begrüsst und auch wieder verabschiedet hat. Ebenso stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Traumhaftes privates Anwesen mit Pool und Meerblick

Diese Villa hält wirklich alles, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Zudem ist der Vermieter überaus entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die extreme Verspätung unseres Fluges konnten wir erst gegen 0:15 Uhr beim vereinbarten Treffpunkt erscheinen. Dieses war für unseren Vermieter überhaupt kein Problem, er hat geduldig auf uns gewartet. Die Villa hat wirklich alles, was man erwarten kann: Drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem zugehörigem Bad, einen immer sauberen und gut beheizten, großen Pool mit tiefem Schwimmerbereich. Auch für Kinder ist der Poolwegen seines eigenständigen Kinderplanschbeckens bestens geeignet. Für uns persönlich als leidenschaftliche Hobby-Tischtennisspieler war auch das Vorhandensein einer topgepflegten Tischtennisplatte in einem eigenen Raum sehr angenehm. Kleiner Nachteil ist bestenfalls die nicht für jedermann problemlose Anfahrt durch bergige Waldwege, die steil, kurvenreich und eng sind. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich und die Villa entschädigt einen hierfür komplett.

Traumurlaub

Traumhafte Villa mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Domizil. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und liegt abgelegen und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen an einem Berg mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Das weitläufige Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen, großer Pool, großer Aussengrill, 2 Terrassen, 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern sorgen für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin Nicole die uns bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat geholfen hat.
