Η βίλα Ξενονεραντζιά βρίσκεται 3χμ από το παραλιακό χωριό Γουβιά, στην κεντρική Κέρκυρα.Είναι χτισμένη σ'ένα λόφο με μαγευτική θέα στην θάλασσα και την παλιά πόλη.Η τοποθεσία είναι ήσυχη και η θέση της στο κέντρο του νησιού είναι ιδανική για την γρήγορη πρόσβαση στις ανατολικές και δυτικές παραλίες. Σε 5 λεπτά απόσταση βρίσκονται super-markets, διάφορα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια και η μαρίνα των Γουβιών.
Το σπίτι εχει ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα.
Η ατμόσφαιρά του είναι μαγική!
Η Ξενονεραντζιά είναι μία βίλα 260τμ, σε κτήμα 4600τμ με ελιές, οπωροφόρα δέντρα, αγριολούλουδα και λαχανόκηπο.Είναι τριώροφη μονοκατοικία με σοφίτα.
Στο ισόγειο υπάρχουν:
1. Μια μεγάλη κουζίνα country-style πλήρως εξοπλισμένη.
2. Τραπεζαρία ανεξάρτητη.
3. Σαλόνι* με ηχητικό συγκρότημα, τηλεόραση μεγάλη, επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια, ηλεκτρονικά παιχνίδια(Wii ), βιβλιοθήκη, πιάνο και τζάκι.
4. Τουαλέτα WC.
5. Υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι, εσωτερικό μπάνιο (με μπανιέρα και ξεχωριστή ντουζιέρα) και δικό του μπαλκόνι.
6. Laundry με πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο.
*Το σαλόνι έχει πρόσβαση προς την πισίνα, το στεγασμένο εξωτερικό καθιστικό , την ανοιχτή τραπεζαρία και το BBQ.
Η πισίνα έχει φανταστική θέα προς την θάλασσα και είναι 10 x 3.5 μέτρα με βάθος 1.45 μέτρα (νόμιμο βάθος). Υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες και χώροι χαλάρωσης.
Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν:
1. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, με διπλό και μονό κρεββάτι (δυνατότητα για παιδική κούνια) και δικό του μπαλκόνι με θέα το κτήμα .
2. Ένα γραφείο με καναπέ και ανεξάρτητο μπαλκόνι που έχει μαγική θέα προς την θάλασσα και την πόλη.
3. Μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.
Στο γραφείο είναι η σκάλα πρός τη σοφίτα:
1. Στη σοφίτα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι, χώρος για δημιουργική απασχόληση και
2. μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.
Γύρω απο το σπίτι υπάρχουν χώροι για χαλάρωση με αιώρες, παγκάκια και τραπέζια καθώς και ποδήλατα για βόλτες.

Κάτω απο το σπίτι με ξεχωριστή είσοδο υπάρχει υπόγειο διαμέρισμα που χρησιμοποιείται κάποιες φορές απο τούς φροντιστές του σπιτιου

Amazing Property & Hosts

Recommended in every area. Property has space, is well equipped, and is very comfortable. Pool is lovely, and the view is amazing. The hosts are wonderful, they made sure everything went smoothly, and could not have been more helpful. It's well worth staying here.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille idyllique dans la merveilleuse maison de Julia et George, des hôtes exceptionnels, qui ont multiplié les attentions depuis l’arrivée jusqu’au dernier jour en nous faisant entre autres déguster des spécialités divinement cuisinées par Julia. La maison est claire, spacieuse, d’une propreté impeccable, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et dotée d’une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante et la mer, dont on peut profiter des multiples terrasses et coins aménagés du jardin luxuriant. Très bien située, elle est à la fois dans une belle nature et à une dizaine de minutes de Corfou: un endroit idéal pour rayonner à la découverte de l’ile et retrouver un coin de tranquillité verdoyant. Séjour idyllique garanti donc - nous sommes impatients de revenir. Encore mille mercis Julia et George.

Superbe maison avec vue magnifique sur la mer, un lieu de repos et de détente

La villa est encore plus sympathique que sur les photos, le fait que les propriétaires vivent au « sous sol » pendant la location d’été n’est absolument pas gênant : ils sont très discrets et ont une entrée séparée (et on ne les voit pas).George et Julia sont des superhosts ils sont attentifs aux moindres questions et nous ont gatés pendant tout le séjour : vin local, patisseries , plats corfiotes , oeufs de leur poules , le chien Nina et le chat magnus sont également d agréable compagnie dans le jardin et la cuisine extérieure!! Nous recommandons ce bien sans hésiter

Beautiful villa, we felt in love with this house. Everything you need is there. The owners Julia and George so friendly, they were ready anytime that we called them for help around the town. The location of villa is in middle of Corfu Island. The Corfu town is very close, supermarket is 5 min way. If you’re looking for nice place to stay, this is the perfect one must have place, felt like home way from home. The kitchen is so beautiful and everything is good to use it. There is another outdoor kitchen that we used for grilling and eating outside after a long day at the beach. Thank you Julia and George for everything. We had wonderful vacation. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 5 al 18 agosto 2018 e ne siamo entusiasti ! Bellissima la casa , favolosi i suoi proprietari e la dolcissima... Nina. Appollaiata sulla collina che sovrasta la baia di Gouvia questa rustica dimora ci ha colpiti per la sua sobria eleganza, il confort e l'organizzazione degli ambienti, la cura dei dettagli. La vista che si gode sulla baia è spettacolare e induce all'oblio, a lasciarsi andare e far parte di un insieme che coniuga bellezza e serenità. Tutto ciò basterebbe a rigenerarsi se non fosse per Giulja ,George e la loro splendida famiglia, ogni giorno intenti a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ogni giorno una coccola, un sorriso, un sensibile pensiero volto a farci apprezzare una ospitalità unica e mai invadente. Questa casa riflette la bellezza dei suoi proprietari , la fa propria e ne riverbera le qualità sino a farti sentire inconsapevolmente parte di essa. Ottimo soggiorno e casa stupenda! per non parlare dell'incredibile gentilezza dei proprietari!

Ottima esperienza! I proprietari sono sempre stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili: ci sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto per facilitarci l'arrivo (li abbiamo seguiti con la macchina affittata). La casa è immersa in collina circondata da alberi e ulivi secolari con una splendida vista mare sia dal giardino con veranda sia dalla terrazza sopra con amaca e dalle finestra delle camere. La mansarda enorme con letto matrimoniale è in realtà un soppalco (serio!) ma molto carino e romantico, apprezzato dai nostri figli. La casa è magnifica dotata di ogni confort, ristrutturata di recente e tenuta benissimo. A pochi min di macchina c'è un comodissimo e grosso supermercato dotato un po' di tutto. Avendo un navigatore è possibile poi sfruttare le tre stradine che partono dall'uscita della villa e che permettono varie scorciatoie per andare in varie parti dell'isola. La cosa poi è a solo 9 minuti da quello che è conosciuto come uno dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola (Ladokolla, da non perdere!). In casa avete tutto, phon, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo enorme, forno, piastra, frullino, macchinetta per caffè espresso, ma anche sale, olio, zucchero.. ecc e i proprietari che spesso vivono nel piano semi-interrato ogni sera ci hanno donato piattini tipici della Grecia, dallo yogurt con miele agli zucchini ripieni. Ogni stanza (anche la mansarda) ha la sua aria condizionata. C'è pure il pianoforte per chi sa suonare. fuori tavolo grande rustico con zona BBQ completa di lavandino, forno a legna... e amaca. La casa in definitiva è su 2 piani più mansarda. per un totale di massimo 7 posti letto. A pian terreno splendida cucina (da rivista d'interni) attigua a saletta da pranzo e a salone enorme con pianoforte e 2 divani, TV, stereo e giochi da tavolo ecc... Il salone ha enorme vetrata con stupenda vista mare circondata da alberi. La camera al pian terreno ha Bagno con Vasca + Doccia separate e terrazzino con pavimento in legno con albero a cui è attaccata una stupenda amaca con vista mare. Corfù Town con tutte i suoi negozietti e l'intensa movida è a 10-12 minuti di macchina. I proprietari George e Julia, sono veramente sempre disponibili per cercare di aiutare a passare il miglior soggiorno possibile suggerendo luoghi da visitare ed altro. George è anche l'artista di casa che nel dopo lavoro si divide tra arte decorando varie cose, l'orto di casa e le galline che donano splendidi prodotti freschi che ci hanno offerto fin dall'arrivo. Wonderfull holiday at Corfu

We had a beautifull stay in Xenonerantzia! We stayed for 2 weeks with our children of 1 and 3 years old; together with 4 adults. From the moment we arrived at the airport the owners gave us a very warm welcome. During the week they told us all the nice spots on the island and the good local restaurants. They frequently gave us a taste on the Greek food. And everything we needed for our children was present, including toys and beach equipment. The villa is beautifully built and decorated. It has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay. There are many terraces to sit in sun or shade and a beautifull garden kitchen. It is really an nice place to stay with your family.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern, waren um Mitternacht angereist und haben uns im Haus dank unserer liebvollen Gastgeber sofort wohlgefühlt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer bzw. Terrasse aufs Meer mit den Häfen ist traumhaft und man will eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg und den ganzen Tag einfach nur auf einer der vier Terrassen verweilen oder in einer der Hängematten liegen. Die Lage des Hauses ist abseits vom touristischem Trubel aber sehr zentral, so dass man die ganze Insel erkunden kann und wer will kann sogar mit dem Fahrrad die nötigsten Einkäufe erledigen.

The house is beautiful, perfectly located to reach the best places and beaches of Corfu', very clean and fully equipped with everything needed. Villa Xenonerantzia: un luogo speciale

Villa Xenonerantzia si trova immersa nel verde sulla zona collinare della cittadina di Gouvia, a circa 15 minuti da Corfù, e gode di una vista meravigliosa sul mare. La struttura, di recente costruzione, è arredata con gusto, luminosa e dotata di ogni confort: aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, Wi-Fi, tre bagni, di cui due con doccia e una cucina grande e super accessoriata. È dotata, inoltre, di una bellissima zona esterna, con divani per il relax, un patio con tavolo per mangiare all'aperto e un'area barbeque particolarmente ampia ed efficiente. Che dire poi dei due proprietari, Julia e George, due persone deliziose ed estremamente ospitali, che ci hanno fatti sentire come a casa, facendoci trovare ogni sera al nostro rientro dal mare, una specialità culinaria diversa. Dunque consiglio a tutti di trascorrere le vacanze a villa Xenonerantzia, per la bellezza del posto, la gentilezza dei proprietari e per la posizione: ottimale per raggiungere le più belle spiagge dell'isola. I am an English teacher at a high school and I have been teaching for more than 25 years.I have two daughters at the age of 20 and 22 .I and my husband,who is a doctor and works at the island's hospital , are not from Corfu but we have been living here for the last twenty years.So 10 years ago we bought the land and built our house Xenonerantzia.We like traveling and we used to travel a lot in the past all over the world and Greece.We like to take care of the house and the garden.We produce our own vegetables.My husband is a doctor and amateur photographer with alias name Joe Bonello and he has a personal photographic site where you can see some extra photos of the house ,the island and Greece including Athos monasteries.

Why they chose this property

The house is located at an exceptional area, among green hills full of olive trees, with a marvelous view 10 km from the city center.It's in the middle of the island so it's easy to visit the beaches from east to west , north to south.There are interesting spots around the house like an isolated small lake perfect for bird watching-4 km away,a marina with restaurants ,bars where you can hire a sailing boat or arrange diving lessons.There is an easy access to super markets,bakeries ,taverns, bars,ATM machines and car-motorbikes rental shops in the nearby village -2.5 km away.

What makes this property unique

In front of the living room there is a beautiful big pool , an outdoor sitting place and an open dinning table next to the BBQ area and the wood oven.The whole garden in front of the house has a magnificent view.
Around the house there is a lot of space to relax and play ,a parking area,outdoor shower with hot water, a vegetable garden, etc
