Beautiful sea and pine apartment

Located on the 7th floor with elevator, relaxing and rejuvenating apartment, refurbished in 2018 with all mod cons and refined decoration.
Modern fitted kitchen (induction hob, large fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, oven with microwave option) open to large living room, with table, 6 chairs and TV lounge extended by a large picture window on the terrace, with a view to pines and sea. Contemporary furniture, design. The living room opens onto a second, larger terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor sofa.
Three bedrooms, 2 of which are very small.
An ensuite bedroom (shower), view of the pine trees, 160X200 bed.
A small bedroom with a 140X190 bed.
A small bedroom with two single beds in 90.
2nd design bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
Separate WC.
Plenty of storage and full services in the perfectly guarded and maintained building.
7 nights minimum.

Appartement très clair et propre.Tres grande terrase avec superbe vue .A 5mns à pieds de la plage. Gardien très disponible et accueillant.ON RECOMMANDE.

Ressourcement et ballade Bauloise

Un appartement très charmant et bien aménagé pour passer un bon moment. La propriétaire a tous mis en ouvres pour que tous ce passe bien ; et c'est vrai merci Nathalie . La literie est très bien après de longues balade sur l'une des plus belles plages d'Europe. Cuisine et sejour sont très agréable et pour couronner le tous il dispose d'une immense terrasse extraordinaire la vue est superbe entre les pins et la mer . Je recommande vivement cette appartement et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir me ressourcer et me détendre .

très chouette logement, vue magnifique nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un ciel tout bleu et un levé de soleil magnifique qui illuminait tout l'appartement !! excellent sou venir !!

Bien placé - agréable à vivre

L’appartement est entièrement équipé, prestations de grandes qualités. On y est bien ‘comme à la maison ´. Je vous recommande cet appartement.
