You will love this well-equipped house, in its calm and residential environment.
House for 5 people, (3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets).
Outside, small garden, terrace, courtyard (possibility of parking 2 vehicles) all fenced.
Close to all shops, halls, supermarket, restaurant, bar, doctor ...... etc. Not to mention, the tennis courts, the racecourse, the spa, the market.
500m from the beach of Bonne-Source, (for fishermen on foot and sportsmen who practice skimboard and bodyboard this beach is a real paradise).

WE rental on request.
A supplement (electricity - water - - heating - wifi ...) depending on the season, you will be asked on your arrival.
A supplement for cleaning, if it is not done (or badly done) at the end of the stay, 80 €.
Dogs are accepted, 30 € per stay.
Possibility to rent the linen (bed-toilet). Plan on booking.

Une semaine au calme et confortable

Une maison très confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour malgré un temps mitigé pour profiter du bord de mer. Les commerces et services, restaurants etc. sont à 800 mètres environ, tout comme la plage. Les contacts avec la propriétaire des lieux sont faciles et très réactifs, et nous la remercions tout particulièrement pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité suite à notre souci de voiture le jour du départ ! Nous conseillons sans réserve cette location.

Toller Urlaub in gemütlichem Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit unserem Hund in dem liebevoll dekorierten,sehr gut ausgestatteten, gepflegtem und sauberen Ferienhaus einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Der kleine Garten ist mit einer kleinen Terrasse ausgestattet und komplett eingezäunt, somit auch sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig jeweils in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche, aufmerksame und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ferienhaus ist komplett uasgestattet und verfügt über liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Terrasse und kleiner sonniger Garten laden zum Abhalten gemütlicher Runden ein. Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig zu Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 1 und 5) haben uns bei Gisele sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist eine sehr liebe und herzliche Person. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ideal zwischen Strand und Innenstadt (jeweils 10 Minuten). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir habenuns sehr wohlgefühlt!

excellent séjour à Pornichet. Environnement de la maison très calme, très bon emplacement proche du centre ville et du front de mer. Plusieurs ballades possibles dans les environs (Guérande, Piriac, la plage de Tati et , bien sûr, La Baule). Très bon accueil. Rien à redire. Nous conseillons.
