This fun 3rd floor Majestic Sun 306A condo in Destin at the Seascape Resort has recently been updated and offers everything you could want in a beach vacation! The first thing you will fall in love with is the amazing private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides the perfect place to prepare a beach picnic and the living room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that allow for plenty of natural light. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom. In the hallway, you will find twin size bunk beds, perfect for kids! There is also another full bath, washer and dryer in the unit. The living room sleeper sofa can sleep additional guests.

At Majestic Sun beach resort you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, and more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort and is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

Third Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Picture Perfect!

Stayed 7 nights. We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun several times, and this was one of the best times. Everything about the condo was perfect! Although it sleeps 6, it was just the two of us. Plenty of everything and so close to everything!

Spring break trip

Looks like the pictures, main bed was a bit lumpy made my neck feel stiff, the pull out bed in the living room definitely needs to be replaced, saw roaches in the restroom nothing out of this world. The location was nice right across the street from the beach.

The pictures do not do it justice! It was a very nice place. Loved the location on the third floor and close to the elevator. We’ve stayed at this resort before but this has been the best condo that we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Will definitely recommend this condo and will be back! Thanks for a great spring break getaway.

Everything was very clean when we arrived. We loved the location and view we had! The only bad thing was that there was no coffee maker in the kitchen and the bedroom needs blackout curtains. There is a light that shines right in the bedroom and makes it hard to sleep. But I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful views

Overall it was a great stay! The view was perfect, will definitely miss waking up to the gorgeous ocean! Mostly the condo was clean except the floor was dirty, sticky spots on both tables, torn screen. But was allotted lots of towels & a little starter pack of essentials to get us started. Beds were very comfortable & loved having all the pillows on bed. If you could supply a few pot holders, that would be helpful. But we enjoyed ourselves & had a wonderful stay. We did leave 2 beach chairs behind & mop for future guests.

Nice condo

The condo was clean, close to the beach and had almost everything you could need in it. The issue was the bed, it is extremely HARD! They definitely need to replace the mattress, after 4 nights on it my back was killing me. The housekeeper also arrived 5 minutes early before my checkout time and continued to try pushing her way in when I asked for 10 minutes. She was extremely rude and made for a bad ending to the trip.

Beautiful, Clean, Perfect Location

This condo was everything we wanted in our trip to Miramar Beach. We had an early flight and the Ocean Reef Resorts worked with us to get an early check-in. We were greated with a beautiful clean condo with awesome ocean views. The condo had an overall updated feel to it and was very comftorable. The Majestic Sun location is perfect. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping. The one thing, which wasn't that big of deal, is that we had to go purchase some cheap beach chairs and cooler to use for the week. The unit didn't come equipped with any. The becah does offer weekly and daily chair/umbrella rentals. We will for sure be back to the Majestic Sun if not even this exact same rental.

Amazing location

This location was beautiful and amazing. Ok, here are the quick notes. A/C works great! Being on the 3rd floor ROCKS because you are literally on the same floor the walkway is on. This was AMAZING for loading and unloading. I thought that I would hate being on a "busy floor", but it wasn't bad at all. Everything was clean and they had towels for us. The king bed was SOOOO comfortable (I know this is a preference thing, but I thought it was awesome!) We didn't have a broom, called them and had one within the hour. We will be coming back to this condo. The only negatives: Please, it was SOOOO bright from the lighting outside at night time, could y'all please get some black out curtains. It was SO BRIGHT in the master bedroom. You can still have light colored curtains and them be "blackout" curtains. The weight room was, pretty meh, but Im a body builder, so I have high standards. It had the basics, but basic basics. Most people probably don't even go in there. We loved it and will be back to this property!

Disappointed

The Condo itself was good, clean and well equipped. The main two problems we had were the refrigerator is junk and the main TV didn't work. After going to the store to buy milk, meats, eggs, etc..... we quickly realized the refrigerator doesn't cool down. After 5 hours we had to put many items in the freezer to ensure they stayed cool. I set an alarm for 2am to check the frig and move items out of the freezer, not the activity you expect to do on VAC! After the refrigerator door stayed closed over might it cooled down some, but nowhere close to where I prefer my personal refrigerator to be. ( Beer and soda's weren't a joy to drink ) The tv in the main living space didn't work upon arrival, it was asking for an email login. I tried many times to get in touch with Ocean Reef management ( by for the worst management company I've ever dealt with ) and by noon the next day someone was out to address the issue.

Awesome rental loved everything about it!!! If we could have changed anything it would have been needed a more comfortable mattress in bedroom and the bathroom smelled a little like smoke. But overall 5 stars
