Majestic Sun 809A at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a beautiful beach view 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach condo located directly across from the beach on the eighth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This vacation rental condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 1-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal, while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guests comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bath. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area off the hallway, perfect for small children. There is a full bathroom located off the common areas as well. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This vacation rental, Majestic Sun 809A, sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. Great place with an amazing view.

The place was in a great location and clean. The only minor issues we had were several outlets not working and beach chairs and umbrella were broken. We would definitely stay again.

Destin to Have Fun

Unit was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. The proximity to beach access was definitely a plus and it was nice that umbrella and chairs were included. The management was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend to our friends/family.

Had an excellent stay at 809A. Condo was well equipped had nice decor and very clean. Was only my wife and I so plenty of room for the two of us. Had a problem with the key code lock on door, shout out to Tyler from Glass Casa who fixed new code lock within an hour. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation!

We loved our condo. Everything was just as described. The beach chairs and umbrella saved us a bundle! The bed was comfy and the furniture was in excellent shape. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The pool was so roomy, even a lot of people didn’t make you feel crowded in the water. We’ll definitely be back!

Stunning View

Listing as advertised. Easy parking and check in. So convenient to the pool and beach access. Condo was supplied with basics and plenty of towels. The property was very quiet, but if you are a light sleeper, the bedroom window isn't an impact window, so it doesn't block out noise in the hallway. Definitely would book again!

The condo fit our needs exceptionally and owners and Glass casa were great to work with! We loved every minute we spent in Destin and visited many of the great restaurants and attractions, we really loved McGuire's 😍. We will be back!

The condo was decent. The cabinets in the whole unit were visibly dirty and needed cleaning as well as outside of the refrigerator. The pillows on the best were the flatest and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever seen. It was very loud at night when trying to sleep due to the elevator and the outside door near the elevator kept swinging open and slamming shut all nigh LONG!! We closed it but there wasn't anyway to keep it closed. Also, the sliding glass door handle was broke in our condo. The handle fell completely off, leaving us feeling unsafe. I wouldn't stay in this specific condo again.

I chose this unit because of the picture I saw of the high top table on the balcony. Sitting up just a little higher you can see over the railing for perfect views up and down the beach. Great for watching dolphins in the morning. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed (except scissors and a wine opener). Nice quality beach chairs and umbrella. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Only negatives were no recycling, noisy area, and a bit stingy with the "starters" like toilet paper and dishwashing pods. Great location though. I would stay here again.

We had a perfect view of the water and every morning we would eat our breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins pass by. The property was clean and well maintained and stocked with everything necessary to make this a wonderful experience. My wife and I availed ourself to some of the discounted adventures that came with the rental. We enjoyed a sunset Dolphin cruise where the dolphins were actually following the boat and jumping in the wake. We had a great time snorkeling and a wonderful time experiencing a sunset kayak glow. The property had wonderful amenities which we didn’t avail ourselves to in that we spent all our time on the beach which was only a 10 min walk from our room. My wife and I will be back to the same place if at all possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and great view. We loved the balcony. The living room was nice decorated, comfortable bed, clean towels and bed sheets. Easy access to the beach. We also have few complaints: the floors were dirty, the shower curtain smelled very bad and also the whole apartment had a moldy smell. There is a lack of cooking utensils and no knives that actually work. We didn't use the pool, so I can't say anything about it.
