Located just steps from the famed Harbour Town Lighthouse in Sea Pines Plantation, this villa offers fantastic views and comfortable furnishings for a relaxing vacation. The open floor plan provides a great space for the family to gather, with a living area boasting a sofa, two chairs, a flatscreen TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking lush landscaping. The dining area comfortably seats 6, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook for your party.

Ketch Court is conveniently located in the heart of Harbour Town. With water sports, a fantastic playground, world-class golf courses, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance, there is never a shortage of things to do and sights to see! Guests are also welcome to purchase pool passes for the South Beach Club Pool ($15 daily/family and $75 weekly/family). A free shuttle service is provided for guests in Sea Pines, making the beach just a short trolley ride away!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
