Without vis-à-vis, and crossing East / West, it offers a beautiful panorama on the bay of Nice and the mountains in the distance. Perched on a small green hill, the tranquility is disturbed in summer by the cicadas of the nearby pine forest.
The air of the valley brings a refreshing breeze in summer that contrasts with the torpor of the city center. Access to the A8 motorway (Aix / Marseille and Italy) is fast and close, and the international airport is less than 10 minutes by car.
A staircase descends from the building to the city center and its shops, 5 minutes walk. SNCF station, Nice International Airport, beaches and the Marina of St-Laurent du Var as well as the large shopping center Cap 3000 are in 5 minutes by bike or car, possible on foot for athletes who like to climb the hill.
It is an ideal apartment to access very quickly all the beauties of Nice and the Nice hinterland.
