Green, quiet setting, close to village 1.5km and all amenities. Less than 20 minutes from the coast and the beaches, but still at the gateway to the hinterland, 30 minutes from the Mercantour park. Many walks possible, both on foot and by bike, popular with hikers. 15 minutes from Nice airport.

Excellent property with ideal location for visiting Nice, Monaco, St Paul de Vence etc. Sandrine was very welcoming and made our stay very easy and pleasant despite our tardy arrival at gone midnight ! Highly recommended. As others have mentioned, a car is essential

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Sandrine was a great host, very quick to reply to messages and very accommodating. The pool and outside space was amazing and something we made use of everyday. A 20 minute drive to Nice.

Hot Summer near Nizza

It has a beautiful Garden, with Trees, flowers. Lemons and a very luxurious swimmingpool. The landlady, Sandrine is very helpful. We spend a nice , relaxing week there with our children. You definitly need a car to reach the next village or go to Nice or Antibes.

Lovely family accommodation

Sandrine was the perfect host, excellent communication and greeting us at the property. She went out of her way to provide information to enhance our stay. The property is spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a real family holiday. The patio and gardens are great for youngsters and the pool is a real asset. Skiing holiday

Sandrine dealt with any queries promptly and was very helpful. We rented this property for a week as our own accommodation was occupied over the winter. We wanted to be able to access the ski slopes and the location meant it was very easy to get to Isola. The accommodation had plenty of room for our family - 2 adults and 3 teens

Great space for family holiday

The apartment is downstairs from the owner’s family but this was fine - we had full use of the huge garden and pool. Spacious bedrooms, and great to have good air conditioning in the August heat. Pool is really big and great for teenage kids. Everything we needed was there, and Sandrine gave us a thorough check in and a helpful folder with tips for local visits. Only downside was that it was a little further to drive to Nice and other places on the French Riviera than we had realised. But overall great.

Easy and relaxed holiday!

The house and garden are as described and shown in the pictures. The pool is huge and the garden offers shade and lots of space. The interior is spacious, but could use some TLC (bedside lamps for all beds, "extras" like pictures, shelves etc.) and we would have appreciated more garden loungers. Sandrine and her family made us feel welcomed and are very pleasant and discrete at all times. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Perfect place for a family wknd

Interior more spacious than the photos show. Also wonderful natural light from many windows and french doors. Outside yard beautiful. Pool perfect. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Living room furniture was a little worn but adequate. Beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable but that is by American standards. Towels which you pay extra for were thin and small so if you like big, fluffy bath towels, bring your own. However, it was perfect for our needs and I would go there again!

Beautiful garden with fab pool

The property has a fabulous garden and pool area which we made use of daily. .Minor issue some chipped crockery replacement and interior refresh would really elavate the property which is well equipped and spacious. Sandrine is a great host .She responded to any queries quickly and helped us when our daughter lost her bag and also picked us up from the supermarket one day as we couldnt get an uber which was really kind of her ..Driving is highly recommended as walking up and down the hill to the village is challenging especially in the heat and taxis are hugely expensive 130 euros from airport to the property (25 min journey) which was more than we paid for a similar 8 seater taxi from our home to Manchester airport (50 min journey) . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. as taxis are hugely expensive

Je suis contente que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour, la qualité des couchages et l'efficacité du chauffage et de l'eau chaude. Il est vrai que vous n'avez pas eu de chance avec la météo. Les pluies abondantes et incessantes ont fait un peu gonfler la porte des WC et vous avez dû forcer légèrement pour la fermer complètement. Rassurez-vous, nous avons rarement autant de pluie ! Les ustensiles de cuisine sont adaptés pour la cuisine de tous les jours mais peut-être pas pour un usage plus professionnel (nous avons des poêles classiques). L'économe a été remplacé suite à votre signalement. Quant à la facturation des draps et serviettes, elle est conforme à l'annonce. J'espère vous revoir bientôt chez nous (sous le soleil cette fois-ci !).
