Dwell Well Modern Studio Apartment Brookside

Dwell Well is ideally located for quick access to the best of Midtown Tulsa, including Brookside, Cherry Street, Expo, and the Gathering Place. This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio features a private exterior entry and is accessed through a separate door. The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

Good value, well stocked, excellent area of Tulsa

Stayed here for a brief midweek business trip. The unit is a walk out half basement below the main home, but your entrance is completely away from other common entries. The comments about the access are accurate, this is not a property for anyone with mobility issues. That being said if you are in decent shape this is a great location, safe neighborhood, great value for the money.

Lovely space, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Great location in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Close to the Brookside and the river front. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving Escape

My husband and I loved staying here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect oasis from a busy week. We enjoyed the large, studio-style setup of the apartment. The owners provided everything we needed from tiny creamers for coffee, well labeled drawers throughout, and a fully appointed kitchen for our use. Will definitely stay again when in Tulsa!

Family get together

Lovely, comfortable place. We will stay there again next time we come to town to visit family. Entry would be easier if there was a paved path to the door. It was rainy and a little muddy walk to get to door. Other than that, cozy place! Emily helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Convenient for “Overflow Guests”

We had a family wedding, and several out-of-town family members, so we rented this VRBO for one couple. They seemed to enjoy it, although the hosts were not available when they stayed there. The location was very convenient.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Emily was so great and helpful every step of the process. She was very communicative, and even helped us right away when we had a maintenance issue. We only stayed for about 30 hours, but the space was perfect for our quick trip to Tulsa! The pictures are accurate, and the check in/check out process was smooth and seamless. If you’re considering a trip to Tulsa and need a place to stay, look no further! My fiancée and I booked Emily’s place for a weekend trip to explore Tulsa and consider relocating. The location of Emily’s place is super convenient to anything you’d want to see with easy access to downtown and plenty of shops and restaurants even closer by. We were out and about most of the weekend, and we had a great time, but honestly the apartment was so cozy and well-appointed I almost wish we had more time to spend there. Of all the private rentals I’ve stayed at, this is easily in the top 3 and might even be the best. Even though it’s a basement apartment, you’d never know. There was great natural light. The apartment was stocked with all of the essentials including lots of extras (coffee, popcorn, condiments, even everything you’d need to make spaghetti for dinner!). Unlike a lot of other places I’ve stayed the cookware and utensils were of high quality. We could have happily cooked a full meal and had everything we needed and more! The WiFi signal was strong and easy to access and Netflix, Hulu, and Prime were all ready and waiting! The bed was amazingly comfortable (and king-sized which I’ve found to be a rarity for smaller studio style rentals). If we need a place to stay in Tulsa again we’ll absolutely boom Emily’s place again.
