Nice single house with spacious 4 bedrooms, with upgraded interiors, laminate wood upstairs, Condo amenities include a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Central location all of the shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation you need. Minutes away from NSU, BC, FIU, FAU, FFL Airport, and major highways. The house has a professional cleaning. For reservations of more than 7 days, you must pay for cleaning in the intermediate, depending on the time of the reservation, please ask me.

Great for Guy Trips

We had four guys come down for golf and this house was perfect. No pool at the house but there is a neighborhood pool that is very nice. Air conditioner worked very well. The kitchen has been completely updated and even though we didn't really use it there was more than enough utensils if we had. Owner was very prompt in communications.

Its ok

The house itself is ok. The dining room set had mismatched chairs. The patio had chairs but no table. The downstairs bathroom is extremely tiny. We were given 6 face towels for 5 adults for a 4 day stay. We reached out and she said it was because past guests steal them or stain them. No paper towels. We just went to Walmart for towels and paper towels. Really close by. Grass was non-existent so the backyard was basically dirt. Beautiful neighborhood and good location. Check in was easy and the host was available.

It is important to see all other reviews where guests had a pleasant and trouble-free stay. The characteristics of the house are shown in the photos. I can't understand the reason for these comments. I have two dining rooms in the house of 4 seats each, however, I put 2 extra chairs in one of them as a courtesy to be together because you were 5 and an infant, I don't see what's wrong with these two chairs. The downstairs bathroom is a third bathroom if you found it small you had another 2 bathrooms to choose from, I don't know what to say about this. As for the face towels and the paper towel I have no obligation to offer them, however, I told you that I could buy them but afterward, you said that's no necessary. I don't know if you have any confusion with the house because you were not staying 4 days and nor were the 5 of guests you said they stayed in the house because you did stayed longer. Thanks for your comments.

Great Location and Host!

The host was communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. We were mostly on the go - but the house was big enough to fit my family. My grandmother, mother, 2 younger sisters and I had a great time!

Perfect stay

Our first time vacationing in Davie has been a wonderful experience. Particularly the house that we rented was absolutely gorgeous and the owner is super helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Immaculate

While we only stayed two nights this home was perfect for us. Close to anything you need. Very clean and the owner is very concientious.
