The House of the Singing Birds (Guest house on the oriental garden) part of the 'Winery Villa' complex:

This small house is and Independent Studio of 30 sq. m. in three levels. It is including bedroom with “antique” style double bed, sizable bathroom, kitchenette with separate entrance, and private terrace with ocean view.

This is a very old (renovated in 2001), traditional building constructed in the local architectural style. It belongs to a larger complex of an old winery (Winery house). It is situated inside a traditional (oriental style) garden. The atmosphere is relaxing and romantic. Ideal for dinners with view to the Aegean under the stars.
This small house, in former times, was the place that the landlords were keeping the “Floria” singing birds
This house is situated in the 'FINIKIA traditional settlement' which is a protected neighborhood of Oia. No cars are allowed inside Finikias narrow streets, and the village is peaceful and relaxing. Distance of the house from the bus stop on the main road is 150 meters (walking), from the taverns of Finikia 80 meters, and from the center of Oia 500-800 meters. Nearest sandy beach (Baxedes) is 1500 m downhill,
Ideal for 2 persons. (one couple).

We have just returned from the house of the singing birds. Would definitely recommend such a beautiful place. Georgina was great and very knowledgeable about the area and the restaurants were great. Our favourite was Santorini Mou and Finikia memories all close to the accommodation.

This property is historical. It has been the last traditional winery of Finikia, operating until 72. There has been a very positive aura which attracted us to buy and restore this unique building complex.
The area is one of the most beautiful worldwide for people seeking internal peace, gourmet food and excellent wine.

The unique traditional architectural style of the building. Nothing straight or symmetrical, just hand made.
