We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!
We’ve stayed in this King Villa on Crystal River several times and it has always been a wonderful place to stay. If we’re going to be in the area again we’ll definitely stay there again.
This was an inviting property with a beautiful backyard that is very well maintained with river access. The villa decor and comfort was very nice. We loved Redstone!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and that the backyard, river access, and villa decor made your time in Redstone memorable. It means a lot to us to hear that you found the property comfortable and inviting. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Host was accommodating and amenities were as stated but we didn't realize this was actually just a refurbished motel. The name "Villa" gave us a different impression of what it actually was. We didn't know it was a two story building. We were on the lower floor and had 3 days of what sounded like a herd of cattle every morning and evening. Had we known we would have chosen an upper level stay.

Kathy, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the amenities as described and that our team was accommodating. We’re truly sorry for the noise you experienced from the unit above—that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests.
We wish you had reached out during your stay, letting us know, as we would have been more than happy to explore relocating you to a second-floor villa if one had been available. We appreciate your comments and thank you again for sharing your experience with us.
The listing led us to believe that this was a stand alone unit vs basically one of 8 "apartments" in a block building. VERY small, but had the basics...could have been cleaned better. No A/C...it was very hot outside, but unit stayed cool enough to be tolerable. In a long line of active businesses and places to stay...thought it would be quiet around us. Someone walking around our unit at night...and smoking, which came through our open windows. It was ok overall...but think you need to be realistic on your marketing promotion of this unit and surrounding area. Thanks.
My partner and I stayed at the Crystal River Villas and we were incredibly pleased with our accomodations. We had booked a King suite but there was a software glitch with our reservation. Nicole quickly took care of us and upgraded us to a second floor 1 bedroom ! It was beautifully decorated and clean and the view of the river from our room was awesome. Such a quaint and magical town and the inn was the perfect place to enjoy the ambience of Redstone. We will be back to this great little inn on the river !!
This was just what my hubby and I needed after a busy holiday season at our store. We traveled with our dog and the grounds were great for walking her. Nicole was an excellent host and we will be back.
The villa is beautiful, cozy, super clean, and in a wonderful location. The only thing that is not in the listing is the fact that villas are all in a large two-story building like a motel. We could hear people walking on the second floor and twice we woke up after midnight when new guests arrived and they had problems checking in. We also wished there were a recycle bin available in the property. Overall, we had a great experience since we stayed two weeks during the holidays. It was also amazing to see that all the toiletries in the villas were cruelty free. We appreciate that owners are taking extra steps to save the animals and the planet.
Our granddaughter’s wedding was this weekend in Redstone. This location was next door to the Church & a couple of blocks from the reception location. Beautiful wedding & great place to stay!
Nicole was a great host. We had a small issue and she was very communicative and accommodating. The bed was very comfy. It's a small studio style room, but we were there to enjoy the outdoors and be indoors just to prep some food and sleep. Having guest laundry was also great. Our only recommendation would be to have darkening curtains on front window and door. Great place though and would rent from Nicole again.
Location was great! Close to the General Store! Fire pit was awesome! And being right there next to Crystal River was amazing! Will definitely be going back!
We loved this cute condo by beautiful Crystal River. The place was very comfortable and located in such a cute town. We really enjoyed the chairs, patio area, and picnic table located by the river just outside our room. Only little negative, the light of the common front porch area shines brightly through the window of the door at night. Maybe a small blind or curtain could help with that. Otherwise, it was just a lovely, clean place to stay in Redstone.
