Welcome to your charming 330 sq. ft. second-level studio nestled directly along the beautiful Crystal River in the heart of Redstone. With two full-sized beds, one bathroom, and an offset view of the river, this inviting retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and mountain scenery — all within easy walking distance of town.

Please note: One flight of stairs is required to access this second-level unit.

Main Living Space
Thoughtfully designed for comfort after a full day outdoors, the studio features two comfortable full-sized beds and a bright, efficient layout that maximizes space. The offset river view creates a peaceful connection to the natural surroundings while maintaining privacy. It’s an ideal home base whether you’re in town for adventure, festivals, or a quiet mountain escape. Please note there is no AC, but there is heat.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette makes light meals and easy mornings simple and convenient. You’ll find a refrigerator, microwave, built in two-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker stocked with complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar.

Please note: This unit does not include a dishwasher, oven, or stovetop.

Laundry is available on-site in the amenities building next to the riverside patio for added convenience during your stay.

In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and sleigh rides; in warmer months, take advantage of jeeping, biking, and riverside adventures. Everything you need for an authentic mountain getaway is right outside your door.

Looking to cool off after a day of hiking or exploring?
The historic Redstone Inn, located just a short walk from the Villas, offers day passes to their outdoor swimming pool for a small fee (subject to availability and seasonal hours). It's a wonderful way to spend a warm summer afternoon while enjoying one of Redstone's most iconic historic properties.

Please note that there is no cell service in the Redstone area. During peak season, internet service may be slow and is best suited for texting only. We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. If dependable internet access is important for your stay, our villas may not be the right fit for your trip.

Rental Policies
This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

Pack-n-play available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play are not provided.

To keep things affordable for smaller groups we do charge an additional occupancy fee for over 2 people.
