Flat screen tv and NEW sleeper couch. NEW king size bedroom with dresser and closet to hang up clothes in first bedroom. Second room offers a queen size bed and dresser. We offer paid Off-site reserved GARAGE exclusive use parking spot. But dont worry about parking because you can WALK to literally EVERYTHING!!! I booked this place for my teenage daughter and I to visit Salem for a week. The location was perfect and easily walkable to everything in Salem. When we shopped, we would run back by the house to drop things off. If we needed to use the restroom (since there aren't really any public restrooms) we just went back by the house. The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this property. We will plan another trip to Salem soon, and I will book this place again.

Clean and comfy! Lots of items included to get you by on your stay like soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. King bed and pillows were very comfy. A/c helped to drown out street noise which was nice. In walking distance to just about anything touristy. Upstairs neighbors were noisy, someone "jumped" down the stairs every morning at like 7a. Sent message a few days prior asking for early check-in. No answer or check-in info sent until 30 mins before check-in on day of. Made me anxious that we were getting ghosted. At least reply to communications even if you dont allow early check ins.

The property was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to park and walk to everything. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. We recommend the 8 pm Ghost Tour from Black Cat Curiosity Shoppe. We also did a day trip to Maine and visited Ogunquit Beach and Nubble Lighthouse.
